Dans cet épisode de Follow Me, j'accueille un phénomène qui ne s'est donné aucune limite : Valérie Orsoni. Elle vient de loin, de l'autre côté de l'Atlantique. Originaire de Corse, établie à San Francisco, elle a conquis le marché du coaching et du fitness aux USA. C'est un secret bien gardé, mais il se dit qu'elle a collaboré avec des icônes comme Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston ou Cameron Diaz. Grâce à son programme Le Bootcamp, elle a révolutionné le coaching minceur... Et ce n'est que la pointe de l'iceberg ! L'incroyable aventure de Valérie Orsoni commence aussitôt qu'elle pose les pieds aux USA. A force d'audace et de détermination, elle trouve rapidement sa place au cœur de différentes start-ups où elle a successivement occupé des postes stratégiques.
