The Marketing Institute Ireland recently held the National Digital Conference MII DMX, from brand managers to agencies, from digital specialists to CMO's, the who's-who in marketing returned for the 11th year. For the first time in two years it was held in person and the focus was on the hot topic theme of digital transformation. One of the main speakers was Dr Michael Wu a high-profile speaker on AI technology. Ronan attended this years DMX and got to talk to Dr Michael Wu. Dr Wu talks about the brief evolution of business intelligence, the definition of AI, the misconception of AI, the growth of AI adoption, AI bias and more. Going deep with design requires more than changing the activities of innovators; it involves creating the conditions that shape who they become.
