Get it right and you can SOAR!! Join me and my guests Mali Phonpadith and Marissa Levin, CEOs of SOAR Community Network and Successful Culture International, as we explore the magic created when a successful merger occurs. In their words, "This is a marriage of two organizations that are aligned in purpose, values, and culture who share a passion for raising the consciousness of leaders and organizations so that all employees feel seen, heard, supported, valued, and aligned with a company's values and mission. Our work in diversity, equity & inclusion, and our flagship SCALE Academy, perfectly align with the comprehensive suite of solutions that SOAR brings to the market. The integration of our programs positions SOAR to be a global leader in corporate culture, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging), conscious leadership, and ESG (environmental, social and governance) initiatives across government, private, and nonprofit sectors.” . Mali and Marissa recognized the “business case” for the merger AND also recognized that successful mergers are exceedingly rare. What was the difference that has made the difference? Tune in to find out! They are true exemplars of what's possible when integrity and clarity of the “For The Sake of What” is present. And, you know what? It works! Learn more about your ad choices.
