CW: Implied Sexual Assault (at around 23:00) In this turbulent, blossoming episode of Tubi or Not Tubi, things get real as we calmly sniff the elegantly violent 2011 film, Violet & Daisy, written and directed by Geoffrey S. Fletcher. Saoirse Ronan and Alexis Bledel are teenage assassins that live together? Danny Trejo is their bookie? James Gandolfini's involved but the movie feels like Lady Bird?! Yeah. This warrants a thorough investigation. This film is not one Tubi ignored.
In this episode: Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse (2018); Mary Poppins Returns (2018); Bandersnatch (2018); Bird Box (2018); Ocean's 8 (2018); Bad Samaritan (2018); Greatest Showman (2017); Blockers (2018); Girl on the Train (2016); The Gift (2015); Violet & Daisy (2011); Huh, That Was Interesting!; Man, Are We Old?!

Berk Reviews Movie Club episode 044 - Brick (2005) Jonathan picked Brick (2005) for a variety of reasons. The film is directed by Rian Johnson and stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Lukas Haas, Nora Zehetner, and Noah Fleiss. The film takes the noir genre and put it into high school. However, the premise worked for Jonathan, but Corey didn't love it.
