Welcome to 2 Massage Therapists and Microphone where we discuss all things Massage Therapy, Health, Wellness, and Fitness. Join us in creating a network to share knowledge, educate, and entertain the masses.
The 2 Massage Therapists and a Microphone podcast is an incredible resource for anyone in the massage therapy field. As a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in California, I find this podcast to be incredibly informative and entertaining. The hosts' knowledge and expertise are evident throughout each episode, and their unique perspective as Registered Kinesiologists adds an extra layer of insight. It's refreshing to hear discussions about our field from people who truly understand the intricacies of both massage therapy and exercise physiology/training.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the wealth of information it provides. The hosts cover a wide range of topics, from technique demonstrations to business advice to industry trends. They delve deep into each subject, offering valuable insights that can benefit both seasoned professionals and those just starting out in the field. The episodes are well-researched, engaging, and often include interviews with experts in various related fields. This variety keeps the content fresh, ensuring that there's always something new to learn with each episode.
Another great aspect of The 2 Massage Therapists and a Microphone podcast is its relatability. As a massage therapist myself, I often find myself nodding along or laughing out loud at the stories shared during the Unprofessional Hours segments. It's comforting to know that others have experienced similar situations and challenges within our line of work. This relatability creates a sense of community among listeners, making it feel like we're all in this together.
While there are numerous positive aspects to this podcast, one potential downside is that some episodes may touch on controversial topics or opinions. However, I believe this can also be seen as a strength because it encourages critical thinking and open dialogue within our profession. It's important for therapists to explore different viewpoints and engage in thoughtful conversations that can help us grow both individually and as a collective.
In conclusion, I highly recommend The 2 Massage Therapists and a Microphone podcast to anyone in or interested in the massage therapy field. The hosts' expertise, relatability, and informative content make it an invaluable resource for both personal and professional growth. Whether you're a seasoned therapist or just starting out, this podcast will inspire you, challenge your thinking, and provide you with the knowledge and insights needed to excel in our ever-evolving industry.

Roxana is a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in Virginia who emailed us about a local ordinance that quietly passed which has LMTs in certain counties feeling defeated and overwhelmed. The Massage Therapists affected by these local regulations feel they are being punished and lumped into a category they do not belong. As healthcare professionals they do not want to be categorized with certain adult industries. Roxana is doing everything she can do to raise awareness of what is happening around her because she says it's happening elsewhere and it isn't right. Roxana Paduretu can be contacted online if you want to get involved or learn more. 2rmtsandamic.com
