He is the ultimate problem solver and can redeem every situation. He daydreamed about you and invited you into His life Intentional Relationship with God the Father! Genesis 1:1-5; 26-28 NLT 1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. 3 Then God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was good. Then he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light "day" and the darkness "night." And evening passed, and morning came, marking the first day. 26Then God said, "Let us make him the birds in the sky an beings in our image, to be like us. They will the reign over the fish in the sea, the livestock, al the wild animals on 27So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 28Then God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and multiply. The mockery enly stopped of the ringleaders suddenly tack il, dying the very next day. the voyage itself were very few however, one of the passengers named John land near paid with bis life where a couple of days into a big storm he decided to boit to upper deck, ignoring Elder Brewster's order to stay below. What John did not realize is that violent waves were tossing the Mayflower so severely that he was thrown right into the of the Atlantic. By a miracle of God, one of the ropes from the sails trailed through cast his wrist. He was able to grab the rope, and the crew rescued him. Grace: The Power to Reign Introduction: A)  For the last 8 years or so I've asked the Lord to show me what a N. T. mindset is and what it looks like. Better than that how do I live in it?  I did not ask for information but for transformation.·        So this teaching (actually it's a series of 4 messages) comes out of that seeking I believe is the hang up of the church, is that they try to live a victorious N.T. life with an O.T mindset. ·        See themselves as sinners and not saints.·        They may call themselves sons or daughter of God but their approach to God is that of a servant.·        The sonship teaching and Mary. I know God loves me and He's my father.·        Given words sinners/saints  and servants / sons B) I'd like to bring a message on grace.  Hopefully to expand your understanding of what Grace is and God's intention of how you're to live in it.1.     I've been in ministry and have pastor about 34 years. 2.     I've watched believers struggle with issues of sin; anger, gambling, some type of sexual immorality, alcohol or drug use or abuse, the list goes on.3.     They battle with depression. Premise:  In Jesus' death, resurrection, and ascension, He not only took on our sin and died but he gave us power over sin. 1.     Yet how many believers do you know that struggle with some area of sin? Maybe you're here today and you're struggling with a sin issue. 2.     If that you, regardless of the smiley face you may wear at church, you're frustrated, your Christian experience is a series of high and lows, and struggle. 3.     No matter what, you feel there is this lingering presence or shadow that just seems to loom of you, just waiting to gobble you up. D)  Depending on how long you've been a Christian. Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faithHebrew's 12: 1-2 TPTAs for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life's marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us. We look away from the natural realm and we focus our attention and expectation onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith's perfection. And his commands are not burdensome, 4 for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. 5 Who is it that overcomes the world? But I know that if you were to ask God for anything, he would do it for you.” Jesus told her, “Your brother will rise and live.” She replied, “Yes, I know he will rise with everyone else on resurrection day.” “Martha,” Jesus said, “You don't have to wait until then. I am the Resurrection, and I am Life Eternal. Anyone who clings to me in faith, even though he dies, will live forever. And the one who lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”41So they rolled away the heavy stone. Jesus gazed into heaven and said, “Father, thank you  that you have heard my prayer, 42for you listen to every word I speak. Now, so that these who stand here with me will believe that you have sent me to the earth as your messenger, I will use the power you have given me.” 43Then with a loud voice Jesus shouted with authority: “Lazarus! Come out of the tomb!”44Then in front of everyone, Lazarus, who had died four days earlier, slowly hobbled out—he still had grave clothes tightly wrapped around his hands and feet and covering his face! Jesus said to them, “Unwrap him and let him loose.” JOHN 12Mary Anoints Jesus1Six days before the Passover began, Jesus went back to Bethany, the town where he raised Lazarus from the dead. 2They had prepared a supper for Jesus.  Martha served, and Lazarus and Mary were among those at the table. 3Mary picked up an alabaster  jar filled with nearly a liter  of extremely rare and costly perfume—the purest extract of nard,  and she anointed Jesus' feet. Then she wiped them dry with her long hair. And the fragrance of the costly oil filled the house.  4But Judas the locksmith,  Simon's son, the betrayer, spoke up and said, 5“What a waste! We could have sold this perfume for a fortune  and given the money to the poor!”6(In fact, Judas had no heart for the poor. He only said this because he was a thief and in charge of the money case. He would steal money whenever he wanted from the funds given to support Jesus' ministry.)7Jesus said to Judas, “Leave her alone! She has saved it for the time of my burial.  8You'll always have the poor with you;  but you won't always have me.”9When the word got out that Jesus was not far from Jerusalem, a large crowd came out to see him, and they also wanted to see Lazarus, the man Jesus had raised from the dead. 10This prompted the chief priests to seal their plans to do away with both Jesus and Lazarus,

The Bible is the ultimate example of how to live one's life of faith.The Godhead: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit, are three distinct persons, existing in a unified form as one body. God is the creator and sustainer of the universe. He is revealed in the Bible. He is eternal, with no beginning and no end. Jesus Christ was the human incarnation of God the Father. He was born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life and died by crucifixion for the sins of the world. He was resurrected from the dead on the third day and exalted to heaven with God. The Holy Spirit is the essence of God which moves among the people, touching believers here on Earth.The Church: The church is the Body of Christ here on Earth. Its mission is to spread the word of God to all the nations.The Future: In the near future Jesus Christ will return to claim his bride, the church. This event is called the Rapture of the Church. Developing a Biblical View of the Spiritual World It is time for the church to prepare itself. To rise in maturity and to put to shame the counterfeit dominion of darkness masquerading as a kingdom of light.Familiar spiritual in 2 Kings 6;18-23 the Prophet Elisha and his servant are in the city of Dothan and the King of Aram send chariots, horses, and a substantial army to seize him.o Servant sees the army and comes running to Elisha fearful.o And Elisha said, “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are greater than those who are with them v161 Then Elisha prayed and said, “Lord, please, open his eyes so that he may see.
