Chef brings his knowledge to a simple dish to give you the added touches to wow anyone who tries it.Also in this episode is the produce pick of the week fave beans, Ham 101 with a great bourbon glaze recipe (below) and A to Z wine pairing.Recipe Start –19:45 Minutes inStep 1 – 25:10 Minutes inStep 2 – 29:07 Minutes inStep 3 – 36:00 Minutes inBorbon Glazed HamBourbon Glaze1 Cup Bourbon1 Cup Brown Sugar½ Cup Honey1 TB Ginger Minced1 Bay LeafPinch Salt1 Orange sliced1.     Put all this in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.2.     Cook until the bubbles that come up are ½ the size of your fingernail (softball)3.     Remove, Strain and get ready for glazingHow to cook the ham1.     Preheat oven to 375 degree 2.     Place ham on pan with ½ inch of water in the pan and cover with foil3.     Cook for 25 minutes4.     Remove foil and start glazing5.     Repeat glazing every 5-8 minutes for the next 30 minutes or until ham reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees6.     Remove and add more glaze.
