I get asked this question quite often: How do I find my passion? I answer this using some philosophies by Jay Shetty, Charles Cooley and Simon Sinek. Some of the answers lie within the amount of noise that surrounds us and how much we are capable of hearing our own inner voice. I speak of the echo chambers that we are stuck in and how we are surrounded by like-minded people that feed us the same information every day, making us question what we are passionate about every single day. As Charles cooley says "I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am, I am what I think you think I am". This I believe summarizes how we believe and how we think, and how we should give our lives an objective look to be able to make change.

Most of us come with great ideas that we start working on but only to give up on them a few weeks later. Our energy levels start to fall down as time progresses and that is very normal. In this episode, we discuss how I personally get over this every single time and how you could follow the same approach for a longer-lasting pursuit of your dreams.
This is one of the most contested yet one of the most popular topics out there. In many of its definitions, it requires us to change completely and step outside of who we are to be able to achieve success. I argue against this with a much simpler approach where it requires you to go step by step towards change, in a way that would make it more sustainable and long-lasting.
One of the most under-rated topics and concepts is Visualisation; this is one of the tools that we are all equipped with but yet again, not everyone takes advantage of it. When used wisely, it can push you forward towards success as you start to imagine and immerse yourself in the experience.
Befriend the rich and you shall be richer, befriend the poor and you shall be poorer. This is one of the strongest statements I've heard from my own father. These words at first made no sense as I thought he was referring to Money. Later in life, I realized that what he was referring to was something bigger than this, something deeper. I also figured that everything traces back to certain situations that come as a result of meeting rich people, therefore there is no such thing as coincidence. Plant your seeds now and harvest later.
So many of you receive criticism on a daily basis, but how do you deal with it?
