Say NO to: -doing favors when you know your schedule is already crazy -agreeing to work later even tho you have been on empty since 4pm -going to brunch when you know you need to meal prep for your week -agreeing to go to lunch with your co-workers when you brought your own food -staying up late to watch tv, when your goal is to wake up early So you can say YES to: opportunities for growth, getting out of your comfort zone, talking to people who are growth focused, yes to self care- it doesn't always have to be grind.
