Nick Chubb is a tremendous running back, but major changes are coming to that room due to QB play and underachieving talent with in that room. As the #Browns transition to throwing the ball more, overpaid and underperforming talent in the RB room will be moved on from creating 8.5 million in cap savings. Andrew Berry will rely on Jerome Ford to step up, and look to add in a rookie through the draft. Host Jeff Lloyd gives three potential fits at the RB position that should fit the needs. The Running Back room in Cleveland will change a ton in 2023 and even though some former big time players are leaving the room as a hole should be better off. From Backroom To Boardroom: Earn Your Seat With Strategic Marketing Operations by Debbie Qaqish About the Book: From Backroom to Boardroom is not a book about technology, data models, or the latest in a series of bright and shiny toys so loved by marketers. It is a book about building a strategic marketing operations organization that transports marketing from the backroom to the boardroom. The journey begins with defining the new breed of marketing leadership and continues by exploring the integration of business acumen, marketing experience, and the power of the digital age. This book is a practical guide that will help you reimagine, rescript, and rearchitect the role of marketing forever. About the Author: Debbie Qaqish isn't here to sell you on a panacea marketing technology or convince you of the critical data you just aren't seeing. Rather, Debbie's passion is found in the work she does every day—give marketing leaders the ideas, strategies, and confidence they need to reimagine the role of their marketing team and redefine its impact. As Partner and Chief Strategy Officer of The Pedowitz GroupDebbie has helped marketing teams drive revenue growth, foster customer centricity, and lead digital transformation. With a focus on revenue operations, the customer experience, and a personalized, omnichannel marketing mix, Debbie has established herself as a thought leader and digital pioneer, spearheading the overdue shift of traditional marketing strategies to what she coined as “revenue marketing” in 2011. Since then, marketing operations became her area of expertise, devising strategy-to-execution plans that earn marketing a seat at the table. She is also the author of Rise of The Revenue Marketer which was featured on episode 159 of The Marketing Book Podcast in 2018. And, interesting fact - in 2019 she earned her doctorate! WISCONSIN MUSIC PODCAST AMPLIFYING WISCONSIN MUSIC Episode 94 Americana music with Noah Lekas of American Restless. This week I talk with Noah Lekas, who is originally from Racine, WI. He's coming back to Milwaukee for a hometown show with his group, American Restless and Silent Comedy. Milwaukee's own band Alley Eyes will be opening up the show at Shank Hall on May 12th. Tickets will be going sale soon on Shank Hall's website. Tickets on sale starting December 22nd. 3 great bands for $12.oo No Ticket Master fees, just a great price that goes to the bands directly. Silent Comedy: Brothers Joshua and Jeremiah Zimmerman and their band The Silent Comedy know trouble. Facing that trouble head on permeates their work. Rough-hewn, expansive American rock & roll with dirt under its nails and whiskey on its breath, the music of The Silent Comedy channels the iron spine of the blues, Honky-Tonk sweat, and punk swagger into a euphoric declaration that when trouble rears its worrisome head it's time to crack knuckles, lock arms, and lift our voices high. The brothers spent their formative years traveling the world with missionary parents before settling in California. In search of catharsis, the teens found solace in songwriting and stage lights. The young band proved capable of raucous shows and word spread. Years of touring followed, performing with Dave Matthews Band, Queens of the Stone Age, Mumford and Sons, Arctic Monkeys, and Vampire Weekend, and festival plays at Bonnaroo, Wakarusa, Under The Big Sky, Summer Meltdown and more. Alley Eyes: Alley Eyes is a Milwaukee based garage rock band, where last call love songs meet indifferent odes to modernity, where seedy guitar riffs meet haunting synth lines, where desert psychedelic rock meets John Carpenter themes... Alley Eyes has played everywhere from the Uline Stage at Summerfest '22 to a sold out Back Room at Colectivo, & all throughout the Wisconsin. We're always looking to expand our presence! The latest episode of Analysing Anfield is here, with host Josh Williams joined once again by Mo Stewart to take a deep dive into the tactics and analytics news at Liverpool FC. This week, the lads discuss the high profile backroom staff exits of Julian Ward and Ian Graham and how their respective departures may impact upon both Liverpool's recruitment and their data and analytics department. The duo also delve into Jurgen Klopp's growing influence behind the scenes and on recruitment specifically, as well as how involved the manager may be going forward when it comes to shaping how the club is run.
Back-Room StaffReader: Jon WatsonDate: 27th November 2022Passage: Judges 10:1-3-------------------Have you ever looked carefully at the list of people whose names are scrolled on our screens at the end of a TV programme or at the end of a film? Nearly always the list is long and we probably never bother to take more than a passing interest in it. Yet without all these people the film or the programme would not be made. The back-room staff may not be the 'stars' but there would be no 'stars' without the back — room staff.Maybe you have never taken much notice of the two men who are written about at the top of the page. Tola and Jair were like two 'back-room' boys but between them they judged and led Israel for a very considerable period - 45 years in total. It seems they did a good job even although we don't read of them again in the Bible story.Have you ever thought about the many 'back-room' staff who have helped you in your life or the people who help us in church each week but whose names are not up in lights yet they help us enormously. Thank God for them. Like Tola and Jair they serve God just as effectively as the 'stars'. PrayerDear Lord, I do thank you for the many people who help me each day. Show me in what ways I could make life easier for the people I meet each day. Amen.

In this episode, we talk about Jim's big wedding weekend and how Bobby being sick almost ruined it. We also talk about what is bad pubic hair, why we are not happy with circuit gays, and the turkey trot being a disaster. Bobby is recovering from some sort of disease he got in Wilton Manors even though he was on his best behavior. Wish we could say the same for the groom, who has no indication of any sickness. Here are 5 reason we hate the Turkey trot!!Turkey Trot, also known as the country mile or turkey run, is a running event that takes place in Thanksgiving week. It's typically a two-mile race across open fields, and it can be quite tough on the body. Here are five reasons why Turkey Trot sucks:1) The terrain is usually hilly and uneven.2) The heat indices are often high during this time of year.3) There's nothing to eat during the race except for energy bars or bananas.4) Running one mile can take up to an hour and a half (especially if you're racing).5) And worst of all... there's no redemption for poor performance! So even if you finish last, you still have to go back out there and run another mile!Support the showInstagramTwitterBobby's Only Fans#gaypodcast #podcast #gay #lgbtq #queerpodcast #lgbt #lgbtpodcast #lgbtqpodcast #gaypodcaster #queer#instagay #podcasts #podcasting #gaylife #pride #lesbian #bhfyp #gaycomedy #comedypodcast #comedy #nyc #614 #shesnotdoingsowell #wiltonmanor #notwell

We're also joined by freelance journalist, Eve Peyser who weighs in on the latest with Ye & Donald Trump's poor decision-making. Then, filmmaker Andy Ostroy, who hosts the podcast The Back Room, joins the pod and plays a little game of Sophie's Choice with Andy Levy: Would people rather see Trump in jail for the rest of his life or see Fox News shut down forever? Plus, he shares what it felt like to interview the killer of his deceased wife, actress Adrienne Shelly, who was murdered in her apartment in 2006, as well as his take on said killer being an undocumented immigrant.
