After hearing about the 'Alcoholic King' I soon realized I was drinking to be the king. When you get that ultimate buzz, where you have 2-5 drinks, you're not drunk but you're in an euphoric and dreamy state. In this state (buzz) you think you have what it takes and you're living your life at the highest. You're achieving results, people love you and respect you. In this state you're getting stuff done, you're bold and brave and doing the things that are uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this is under the influence of alcohol and it's just an illusion. I wanted my life to be better, but when I couldn't get there in my sober life, I really enjoyed becoming the alcoholic king. Don't live your dream life through alcohol and a buzz. You can have a great life with amazing results being sober. You need resources and a path to stay sober and begin to get clear on what you want.Get my guided recording "Circle Of Excellence"

There's absolutely no argument here, drinking to much, to often will break down your marriage or any other relationships you have. In this episode, I disclose there's no sugar coating drinking and marriage. Now you might say, but my wife drinks too. It doesn't matter for the reasons I share in the episode, a couple relationship will be ruined regardless if you both drink. Here are the 5 ways to ruin a marriage:Trust - If trust is broken once because of alcohol there's a very good chance it will be broken again. Trust is the main pillar in a marriage, without it, troubles are in the horizon.Communication - Men that are problem drinkers, go to alcohol to cope with internal pain. That means they don't communicate with their spouse. Communication is difficult for men, we were condition to hold our emotions in, don't show weakness. We became good at masking our true feelings and suppressing them too. You must lose the booze to improve your communication with your spouse.Emotional, Sexual Intimacy - This is typically extremely important to a woman, it speaks directly to her feeling of connection and feeling desired. Men how are turning to alcohol and doing it excessively make it impossible to connect with a sober mind and heart.Finances - Money is a huge part of marriage and getting drunk will lower your productivity and your care for your overall finances. Plus your spending money possibly daily on alcohol, even if its the cheap stuff.Shared family responsibilities - This needs to be balanced, and as a husband and father you play such a critical role in the family. Your wife needs your help and you kids hunger for your attention. Don't screw this up, you won't only lose your marriage but you'll damage your relationship with your children/step children/grand children. Please take a moment to learn more about my membership "I Can Do This". If you want to have a strong marriage and be an example, you need to be sober. This membership is all about getting sober and being the person you were intended to be. You can do this!
