A good rule of thumb is: If you don’t want to be the person you’re having sex with, then don’t have sex with them. A woman is especially sensitive to the energy exchange that happens during intercourse because women her energy field is very sensitive. If her radiant body is imprinted with dark, negative, impure intentions, that can remain with her for years. On the other hand, if there is love, reverence, commitment, respect, communication between two people then it will have a magnified positive effect for both people…and for the world. Interestingly, the one penetrating — men or the masculine force in the act is not subject to the same type of energetic imprints in the same way women are. Women have two arc lines - above the head and between the nipples. Every sexual relationship a woman has remains there until she intentionally clears it. This can effect karmic seeds. So, you might be wondering, how to begin to bring sacredness to the beautiful act of sex? 1. Be very selective in who you share your energy with. 2. Develop circular energetic motion of the orgasmic energy. Men instead of keeping energy at 2nd chakra, you relax and breath into the urge to ejaculate and begin to practice bringing the energy up into the heart, throat, and crown. Women can also do this too- instead of contracting and pushing for the orgasm, relax and send conscious breath into this rising energy so it can move the energy from the lower chakras to the upper centers. 3. If you are single, you can do #2 with yourself. Everything comes down to intention. Sex doesn’t have to be long and tantric every time. In fact, there are many erotic desires that can be held in the container of tantric, sacred sex.
