The variety of topics covered in each episode is truly remarkable, ranging from sleep meditations to calming music and noise. This podcast has not only helped me tremendously with sleep and calmness but has also brought me out of some dark places. I am forever grateful for the soothing voice and heartfelt words that are poured into each episode.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is undoubtedly the calming voice of Katie, the host. Her voice is incredibly sweet and soothing, making it easy to relax and unwind. It feels as though she genuinely cares about helping listeners find peace and tranquility in their sleep. Additionally, the meditation topics are always spot-on, addressing various issues such as anxiety, insomnia, and restorative rest. I appreciate that there are episodes that primarily feature music or noise as well, providing a diverse range of options depending on individual preferences.
While it's hard to find any major flaws with this podcast, one minor aspect that could be improved upon is the frequency of new episodes. While there is a good amount of content available already, it would be great to see more consistent releases in order to provide fresh material regularly. However, this does not diminish the effectiveness or quality of the existing episodes in any way.

Not only does it help me fall asleep faster than ever before (which is a significant feat considering my lifelong struggle with insomnia), but it also allows me to choose specific episodes based on my current needs or mood. You've probably heard of the “Freshman 15”… I gained the “Freshman 60.” I was an athlete who slowed down, coped with life by eating my feelings, and eventually didn't feel at home in my body. At 22, I decided to change that. What started as a healthy intention became obsessive. I went from 210 to 145 pounds, but inside, I was losing myself. I remember bingeing peanut butter and jelly after starving all day… then running for miles to punish myself. At 24, I walked into my first 12-step meeting. Over the next year, I experienced deep healing. That journey helped me become incredibly attuned to my intuition—learning how to listen to my body, my emotions, and my inner knowing.
