What's swirling inside, Doesn't feel good. Things are simply off. It may be heavy, It may be slight, But it's nothing at which to scoff. But do you know, You can shift? Your energy can change your mood. Your entire attitude, And therefore your world, You can change how it's viewed. JOURNAL PROMPTS: What energy do you want to shift? How would you like to feel? Although we know that we are perfectly imperfect, We are constantly surrounded by messages that our imperfections, Make us less than. And somewhere deep inside, The little girl who is striving for perfection, Who has felt the pangs of judgment, Needs a hug. She needs to be told that it's okay, That she is not perfect. So settle into your breath, And let the grace of forgiveness fill you up, As you receive these words today. I forgive myself for not being perfect. Close your eyes, And imagine the relationship you desire. Not the one of childhood fantasies, But the one that deeply fulfills your soul. The relationship that challenges you, Evolves you, And lights you up. Settle into this vision, And believe that it is yours. My relationship with my partner is thriving. On the other side of pain, On the other side of fear, An endless universe of potential resides. Where boundaries erode, And old stories crumble, And true freedom presides. You need friction to grow. There's pain in the expansion, So many of us stop right here. But if you push past discomfort, And surrender to the tension, The depths of your potential becomes clear. Imagine yourself riding its waves in, And out, Of your body. Breathing in calm. Breathing out tension. Breathing in peace. Breathing out stress. Imagine yourself doing the work you love. Work that is fulfilling, Meaningful, And impactful. Let go of the need for money. Let go of the need for status. Let go of the scripts you've been expected to follow. And simply allow yourself to BE ONE with this vision. I do work that is deeply fulfilling. JOURNAL PROMPTS: Describe your vision of deeply fulfilling work as much as you can. When you feel lost, When you're confused on your next move, When you're not sure what to do. It's easy to search for answers outside of you, But pause for a moment, And come inside to yourself. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to be bold, Loud, Radiant. Others will tell you to shrink, They'll tell you to whisper, They'll tell you to dim your light. Touch the space inside. This opening that expands, The more you sync with it. The more you honor it. The more you realize, That here is where the answers lie. Here is where you are. Brilliant can mean… Very bright and radiant. And exceptionally clever or talented. You are both. You light up the world around you, With the glow of your soul, And the wisdom of your mind. So allow those stories to crumble, That have shielded you from your brilliance. Let them fall away and dissolve, With every breath out. As you let them go, And open your eyes to your greatness. Take up your space, beautiful. Loudly, Unapologetically, Authentically. Claim it as yours. You do not belong in anyone else's box, You are not meant to be squished, Within the lines of someone else's script. You are free. So claim your space, And reside within it proudly. For those times you've been running fast. For those seasons that have been heavy with responsibilities. For those moments when you've been carrying so much for everyone else. It's your turn to rest, And restore. So let it all go, With every exhale, And sink deeper into yourself. Let each breath remind you of who you are. Without the movement. Without the tasks. Without the achievements. Just you, In this moment. Open, And whole. I am rested and restored. JOURNAL PROMPTS: Describe what it feels like for you to be rested and restored. What can you do for yourself today to help you feel more rested and restored?
Relax, And breathe in deeply, Letting your body inhale, All the good oxygen from Mother Nature. And then exhale deeper into comfort. You are a part of her. And she is a part of you. Wild, Luscious, And pulsating with life. Stretching towards the sun, Rooted into the earth. Learning to be better, With each cycle you endure. I am one with Mother Nature. Let your body come alive, Releasing the layers of responsibilities, History, And rules. I am fully expressed in my sexuality. For the purposes of this meditation, to be aligned means that your actions, words, beliefs and values are connected to and driven by your soul - your divine self. And therefore, all in agreement. When we are aligned, we feel free, confident and innately supported and guided in our lives. JOURNAL PROMPTS: Describe a time when you felt aligned. What would alignment look like for you today?
Like breathing, Giving and receiving is circular. As you breathe in, You receive. As you breathe out, You give. Both are necessary, And are dancing intimately all the time. How good does it feel to receive? To fully accept and allow abundance to come to you? How good does it feel to give to others? To know that they are breathing in and receiving, Because of you? What a beautiful, circular rhythm. As I have more, I give more. JOURNAL PROMPTS: When's the last time you gave to someone? How did you feel?
I hope you enjoy today's bonus mediation! I've been feeling this big time lately - living in my organizing, planning, logistical brain and thinking that that is where all things happen. But, living this way is limited, as it doesn't take into consideration the true magic of the universe...the opportunity to make room for miracles. I hope it brings a little more openness and magic into your day today.
Joy feels like running barefoot in the sun. Joy feels like hugging your best friend. Joy feels like a calm and excited energy within you, All at once. So relax into this moment, And open yourself to joy. JOURNAL PROMPTS: What does it feel like for you to live from joy? What is one thing you can do today to live from joy?
Your heart is heavy with emotions. Deep sorrow. Outrage. Fear. Confusion. You're mortified by the pain and the injustice. Bursting with all of the charged emotions. Your mind is spinning and your body is vibrating. So the intention of today's meditation is to give you the space to breathe through it all. To honor all the emotions and give them a safe space to live and speak their words of wisdom to you. So you may gain clarity amidst the chaos and the pain.
