It feels like hope is lost.  You can't seem to see, The possibilities, You're drowning and all is dark.  PAUSE… So close your eyes now, And turn your attention away,  From all the noise around you.  The chaos distracts you, From the hope that's still here, So settle in and quiet down.  Breathe into you, Deep and wide. Letting the air feed you, And remind you that you're alive.  Exhale and contract, Concentrating within, Releasing and relaxing.  LONG PAUSE… When you quiet the noise, When you keep fear at bay, You'll see hope in the distance. PAUSE… A tiny, glowing light, Who wants to show you the way, Wants to show you there's always a way. PAUSE… Reach out your hand, And follow her, Trust her.  PAUSE… The closer you get to this warm glowing light, The more light you see that exists. The darkness slowly fades away, And soon, you are flooded with light, Possibilities,  Opportunities. PAUSE… You can see what you couldn't see before.  You can see… Hope.  Namaste, Beautiful

The night is here upon you, Ready to take you away. PAUSE… I know your shoulders are weak, From carrying so much. I know there's refuge you seek, In the night's healing touch. PAUSE… Those grains of sand of tasks, Seem like no big deal. But as they pile up, Their weight feels like steel.  PAUSE… But if you just breathe, And escape the storms in your mind. Those details will fade away, And allow you to realign.  So focus on your body, Your face, your arms, your chest.  Let your legs get heavy now, So all of you can rest.  PAUSE… Surf the gentle waves, Of air going in and out. Expanding your belly, Calming you throughout.  PAUSE… Now if you are open, To the wisdom waiting for you. You'll hear its whispers, Prioritizing your view.  PAUSE… Soon you will see, The importance of those tasks dissolve. Your health and your people, Shine with loving resolve.  PAUSE… Gratitude pours in, For all you have that's good. Gratitude clears out, The stress of all the shoulds. PAUSE… Relax, And know you're okay. The night is here upon you, Ready to take you away. LONG PAUSE… Imagine that your body, Is full of grains of sand. Each one representing, Responsibilities in your hand. You can barely lift your eyes, You feel so withdrawn.  PAUSE… Your brain has slowed down,  Like you're wearing a mask. You feel overwhelmed, By the slightest little task. PAUSE… All the motivation, Can't help you right now. All the inspirations, Are useless little vows.  PAUSE… So slow down now, And honor this season of pain. There's something to learn, Deep wisdom to gain.  You're burnt out because, You ran way too fast.  You tried to hold it all, You did everything that was asked.  PAUSE… You're fried because you let, Others' goals become yours.  You listened to the voice, That said you'd endure.  PAUSE… Breathe in forgiveness, Breathe in waves of peace. And even when we try to bring our attention back to gratitude,  It can feel like we're forcing thank you's through gritted teeth.  So this morning's meditation will give you a chance to release what is blocking the gratitude from flowing, so you can truly receive the blessings all around you. So settle into a comfortable position, Taking a deep breath in, feeling your belly fill with fresh air, And then exhaling, feeling the release relax you even further, Melting your body, Easing your mind, And letting the nice, easy rhythm of your breathing bring you to the space of stillness inside.  Breathe… PAUSE… Feel your mind and body relax their hold on what's blocking you. The stresses, Worries,  Sadness, Desires to organize and perfect, The fears and negative thoughts. With every breath out,  Feel them release from you, Taking their heaviness away. Breathe in, Breathe out. Seeing the grey clouds leaving your mind, body and soul with every breath out. LONG PAUSE… Now come back to your breath, And take a deep breath in, Feeling the oxygen cleanse you, And exhale the last bits of heaviness out. PAUSE… Feel the lightness. The spaciousness.   The simplicity of the present moment. And allow yourself to silently say thank you from this place. Perhaps with clarity on what you're thankful for, Or perhaps with a simple awareness that thankfulness exists within you. And feel the light of gratitude illuminate you. Namaste, Beautiful.

So the intention of today's meditation is to walk through the doorway of gratitude into the life of abundance all around you. Let's start by adjusting your body so you can settle into a comfortable position. And take your first deep breath in, Immediately pulling your attention from the outside world into your beautiful, physical body. And then release your breath all the way out. One more deep breath in, Grateful for the cool air coming into your lungs and expanding your stomach, And exhaling it all out. Now return your breathing to its normal rhythm. PAUSE... What is one thing you long for right now? Hold the vision of it in your mind. PAUSE... Now as you breathe out, watch that vision dissolve and in its place, see all of the things you currently have, or have had in the past, that are similar to this longing. If you crave true love, for example, envision previous relationships you've had. If you want more money, think about the money you currently have. PAUSE... If judgements or emotions arise, Just let those go, and simply BE with the vision. As you look at this scene, invite yourself to think about all the blessings it has given to you. What you've learned, what you've gained, what you do have. And then say a silent thank you as you surround yourself with them all. LONG PAUSE... When we start with intentional gratitude for all the things and experiences we have in our lives already, it helps attract more of what we want. So be here, One with gratitude for what you already have, And open your heart to receive more. Namaste, Beautiful.

And once your intention is clear, The actions to take also become clear.  PAUSE… They will often feel scary, Or too big,  Or risky. But trust yourself, And your intentions. And have faith in what your actions will create. So breathe in deeply, Letting the air fill you up and cleanse you. Then breathe out fully, Releasing anything that's not needed. Breathe in deep again, Expanding your belly as far as you can, And then breathe out, Contracting your belly in until the very last drop of air has released. PAUSE… Now settle into a nice, easy rhythm of breathing, As you feel your body relax further, With every single exhale.  PAUSE… Intention and action.  What actions do you know you need to take, So you can live a life aligned with your values, beliefs and desires? So you can fulfill your intentions? LONG PAUSE… As they come up for you, allow them to just be. No meaning or pressure or judgment attached. Return to gratitude. When you're running through your days, Just trying to keep up, When you're obsessed with what you don't yet have, Return to gratitude. When the feelings of not enough start creeping in, When you feel lonely, When nothing seems to make any sense, Return to gratitude.   PAUSE... Return to gratitude, And watch everything shift. Feel your energy move from scarcity to abundance. Feel your attitude move from stressed to calm. Feel your life move from scattered to deeply connected. Return to gratitude,  And return to yourself. So breathe deeply, And really feel the miracle of your breath, The intake of oxygen fueling your life, The releasing settling you here into this moment.  Breathe… And let the fresh air circulate through your body. Cleansing what's dark inside, And releasing it all out with every exhale.  Breathe… PAUSE… Allow all those thoughts to pass you by, As you return to yourself with every single breath. And return to gratitude. PAUSE… Gratitude for this breath. Gratitude for your shelter.  Gratitude for your health. Gratitude for your beautiful body. PAUSE… Return to gratitude for those who love you, For mother nature all around you, For the sunshine and the rain, And for all the experiences you've had that have brought you here today/ PAUSE… Fill yourself with gratitude for the mistakes you've made, The lessons you've learned, And the freedom to create your life. PAUSE… Feel the gratitude overflow for the laughter, The tears,  The anger,  The fears, And the opportunities to feel it all. PAUSE… And then let gratitude become one with you, For the beautiful being that you are. Its curves, Its texture, And the sparks of magic glistening inside.  PAUSE… The rush of gratitude, Spreads down your body. You feel lighter. More clear. And vibrant with life. PAUSE… Another raindrop appears, A recognition of another good. Your attention shifts to it. Again, observing its shape,  And its sparks of joy inside.  PAUSE… Another wave of gratitude pours over you, Even larger than before. Because gratitude grows exponentially, It compounds easily, And that raindrop quickly turns into a rainstorm of gratitude, Washing over you waves at a time. Leaving you joyfully saturated,  And overflowing with gratitude. So imagine your arms are stretched up above you, Reaching to meet the falling raindrops.  Eager to pay homage to all the good.  PAUSE… Be here in the rain, And invite yourself to recognize each of the blessings, Every single lucky break, Every something special, And especially,  All the gifts hidden amongst the darkest of storm clouds. LONG PAUSE... If you let them,  If you just take the time to notice them, The raindrops of gratitude will kiss every inch of your body, Leaving no part of you dry or unaffected by the magic inside. Time to clear your mind, And surrender your body to pools of deep relaxation. So invite yourself to snuggle in, Gently moving into your most favorite position. Allow yourself a moment to stretch or move to relieve any kinks or tension in your body. PAUSE… And then take a full, deep breath in, Inhaling the night's air deep into your lungs, And then exhale,  Melting deeper into this special spot.   PAUSE… Concentrate on your breathing, Inviting your mind to hold its attention  On the rhythmic movement of air in and out of your nose.  PAUSE… Breathe in, Breathe out. PAUSE… Slow your body down with every breath, Even if your mind speeds up. Just stay with your breath, And slow it all down. LONG PAUSE... Now bring your attention to the top of your head, Imagining a soft lavender light hovering just above it. PAUSE… Feel the comforting warmth of this lavender light, And its calming energy relaxing your head completely. PAUSE… Feel it quiet everything inside. Feel it deeply relax your eyes, Soften your cheeks, Release your jaw, Soften your mouth, And relieve your neck.  LONG PAUSE… Notice as the soft, lavender light travels down, Wrapping its soothing energy around your shoulders, Your right arm, Your left arm, Your hands.  PAUSE… Notice the soft hum of sleep it spreads here, And then feel your shoulders drop, Your right arm and your left arm melt, And your hands soften and relax, LONG PAUSE… The soothing lavender light now settles onto your chest, Relaxes your belly, And slowly cascades down your back,  Following your spine from your neck, All the way down to your lower back. Relaxing and releasing, Relaxing and releasing. LONG PAUSE… Invite the calming energy of the soft, lavender light to spread into your hips, Down into your thighs, And circling around your left leg, And now your right leg. PAUSE... Watch it spiral all the way down into your right foot, And then your left foot. And then covering your toes, One by one. LONG PAUSE… Breathe deeply, And feel yourself wrapped lovingly in the soothing, Lavender light of the night. PAUSE… Let it heal you, Let it cleanse you, Let it relieve your body of all the tension it carries. Let it relieve your mind of all the thoughts inside.  PAUSE… Feel it wrap you in the warmth of love, And safely guide you through the night. Sweet Dreams, Beautiful.

PAUSE... That little voice inside your head, Whose words can soothe like honey, Or sting like a bee. PAUSE…  This voice can lift you up, And allow you to soar beyond your wildest dreams. Or they can drag you down, And keep you small and scared. PAUSE… So be mindful of your thoughts today. Allowing yourself to simply observe the voice that you hear. LONG PAUSE... Oftentimes, we're left with wounds from the ending, That can stay with us for a long time.  So today we'll be creating space for closure for these friendships, So we can let them go, Forgive, And move on.  So let yourself settle in, And take a big, deep breath, Signaling to your body and mind that it's time to slow down. PAUSE… Surrender to the gentle rhythm of your breathing, Letting it soften you, Open you, And calm you. LONG PAUSE… There may be wounds inside. Memories of old friendships, The laughter and the tears. PAUSE Now, shift your focus To your breath, Allowing your breathing To form a gentle rhythm. Follow the rhythm. PAUSE Now, see if you can imagine A valley. A valley carved from A crystalline river that runs through it. PAUSE You look on each  Side of the valley And notice  Tall, proud hills Guarding it. PAUSE The hills are full Of green grass And brown rock. They stand with purpose. PAUSE Your eye catches The river below, And you follow it. It moves in a clear direction. It moves the valley in a clear direction. But, was that always the case? PAUSE There was a time When the river and the valley Were just forming, Uncertain of their paths. PAUSE But they waited patiently Until the right time came, And they knew their direction, And their purpose. PAUSE Take a moment, And observe How all the valley Works together To move in  A single direction. PAUSE Now, draw in A deep breath And just take in The valley. Connect with the valley. PAUSE As you breathe, Feel the valley's clarity, Its sense of purpose, Run through you, Filling you with understanding. PAUSE  Now, imagine hearing  A tiny whisper in the air, A whisper that calls you And says, “You are like the valley.” “You live with clarity And purpose.” PAUSE Listen, As this whisper Continues to  Share this intention With you. “You are like the valley.” “You live with clarity And purpose.” PAUSE Hold the intention Close to your heart, So anytime,  You feel uncertain  Of the way to go, You can call upon it. PAUSE And with your next breath, Imagine standing on top  Of the ocean, Comfortably walking Along the surface of the water. PAUSE Looking down,  The deep sapphire blue water Captivates you With each step. PAUSE Looking up, You gaze into a cloudless sky, With a golden sun Smiling down on you. PAUSE And, as you look  From side to side, There is water flowing and moving In all directions. Beautiful, limitless water. PAUSE Now, imagine a wave Just beginning to form Beneath your feet. It slowly reaches out, Folding in more water And growing in the process. PAUSE  As the wave grows, So does your vision Of your life, Of your future– A vision of all the possibilities Before you. PAUSE The wave rises more, And with it, So does your confidence And your understanding Of the freedom  In your grasp… The freedom to choose your path. PAUSE The wave begins to crest, And billowy white foam Surrounds your feet, As you continue  Walking on top of the ocean. PAUSE You pause for a moment, Deciding which way to venture, Knowing that you have the freedom To choose any direction, To walk any way you like, At any given time, Without limits. And it feels good. PAUSE And, on this mountain, See if you can imagine yourself Walking safely and securely To the edge So you can see. PAUSE You pause,  And breathe in  The fresh mountain air, Letting it expand you And fill you with its purity. PAUSE And, while breathing, You gaze at the mountains  All around– Mountains pushing up Through the clouds. PAUSE Now, imagine yourself Like the mountains, Pushing through And growing, Becoming more aware. Expanding. PAUSE Breathe in the awareness. Breathe in the expansion. Feel your soul expanding. PAUSE  Sit quietly on the mountain, And surrender. Surrender to letting your Mind, body and spirit expand. Feel yourself syncing with the mountain, Becoming one with it, Becoming one with expansion. PAUSE Now, give yourself permission To become one with clouds Drifting around you. One with the cerulean blue sky above. One with the wind beside you. Let yourself expand And become one With Nature. PAUSE Breathe. Breathe in the expansion. Breathe in the oneness To all around you. PAUSE Breathe. Breathe through your body. Breathe through your mind. Breathe through your spirit. Close your eyes,  And breathe in fully, Turning your attention away from the hurried motion of all those thoughts, And onto the slow, deliberate movement of your body as you breathe.  PAUSE… In and out of your nose, Slowing down bit by bit.  Releasing your shoulders,  Softening your face, Relaxing your entire body, As you follow your breath. In and out, Receiving and giving, Expanding and contracting.  Follow this slow dance of air, In its circular, calming rhythm.  LONG PAUSE… See if you can notice the thoughts popping up, Dancing and swirling and bright with promises, Begging for your attention.  PAUSE... Just notice them, And imagine yourself slowly bowing your head, Breathing deeply,  And instead come inside to your breath. PAUSE… Over and over again, Choose your breath, And feel it anchor you. Root yourself deeply in the truth of your soul, The knowing that you are whole, You are magic, And you are infinite rays of love. PAUSE… Let those thoughts dissolve, Let their hold on you release. As you come here, Deep into YOU. Your mind open, And clear. Sweet Dreams, Beautiful.

Welcome the beautiful morning. PAUSE Breathe in, and center yourself, Letting your mind and body Turn inward To that peaceful place inside. PAUSE Now, imagine a country meadow Unfolding before you– A meadow filled with  Thousands of blooming flowers. PAUSE The colors of the blossoms Dance before you, As a gentle breeze  Sweeps by, Kissing your cheeks. PAUSE The breeze swells again, And as it does, A daisy bows to  A black-eyed Susan. A primrose shimmies With a chrysanthemum. And a daffodil plays Its trumpet to the wind. The meadow is alive With beauty. PAUSE Now, imagine a path  Opening up, And you decide to  Stroll through the meadow. PAUSE As you stroll, Your fingers strum The flowers on each side  Of you, Strum them like a guitar, Feeling the velvety petals, And cool solid stems. PAUSE  You hear a soft buzzing, And observe a bee–  An artist of this beautiful creation– Continuing its work, Moving from flower to flower To ensure the life of this Natural wonder. PAUSE After a few moments, You gaze up at  A turquoise sky, The perfect canvas For all this beauty, And you feel gratitude  For this beauty. Allow yourself to express Your gratitude. PAUSE And, as you begin to Come back to your room, To your awareness, An understanding unfolds With in you: That you have the power To find real beauty in the world, To bathe yourself in beauty, No matter what is happening Around you. A desert teeming with life. PAUSE And, while traveling Through the desert, Imagine coming across A beautiful green cactus, With three ruby-colored blossoms.  PAUSE You draw in a breath,  And marvel at the cactus's majesty. PAUSE Then, you look a little deeper. And come to understand how creative The cactus is. Thorny and beautiful on the outside, It uses this to protect its precious water on the inside.
