It has become an integral part of my morning routine, providing me with peace and tranquility to carry throughout my day. The soothing words of wisdom delivered by Katie, the host, resonate deeply with me and have helped me realign and center myself after experiencing the trauma of the pandemic and just in general.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the way it is meticulously crafted. The meditations are well done, with Katie's soothing voice guiding listeners through various topics that cater specifically to women. The choice of music perfectly complements each theme, further enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, Katie's clarity on sponsorships is appreciated as it maintains transparency while still explaining why she has partnered with certain companies. This podcast serves as a detox from my usual sources of anxiety-inducing news or true crime content, offering a much-needed sense of calm and serenity.
With regards to any criticisms I may have, there really aren't any significant negatives that come to mind. Perhaps one minor downside could be that there are not enough episodes released per week for some avid listeners like myself who crave more frequent content.
