However, from our experience, in simple terms we have found this means the ability to work from home some days a week, start late some days or leave early. A few years back working in League 2 back in England I caused a stir for working out without my top on. Before people got to the club I would get my workout in so I was set for the day. The gym was small and poorly ventilated, coupled with my style of working out I got really dam hot.
