Richard Norton, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, NHS England joins the session this week to shine a light on what the last year has been like working on a covid ward. As an advanced clinical practitioner he was right on the front line during each of the three waves in the UK and he talks openly about how it felt to be making ruthless and tough decisions every day and how it felt literally getting dressed to go into battle every day.
