Key takeaways from today's episode: Don't shower or use soap. Just kidding... kind of. On today's episode of The Wisconsin Homestead podcast, Hannah + AJ discuss their hair and skin journeys starting from visits to the dermatologist in college and daily showers/hair washes in high school. Sometimes you need to take your health into your own hands, do your own research, and figure out the true cause of your health problems instead of taking medication to mask symptoms, and that often times cause negative side effects.
