Uncommon Sense with John

Joe Biden has made a sweeping call for unity in America now that he is president-elect. Would he have made these calls if he was not elected, why did he not make these calls earlier, and why hasn't he, the mainstream media, and the left not unequivocally condemned and fought the ANTIFA and BLM violence that lives on the street and has targeted police and conservatives alike through blood, death, and destruction brought by the groups? Does the call for unity sounds hypocritical? For this week's episode I dive in to the statement and what has been done, if anything, to legitimize the sincerity of the request.

This episode might be the most colorful and heated that we've had to date. The 2020 election is in the books and the projected winner is Joe Biden, but not without a series of overnight controversies around system glitches, dead voters, discarded/altered ballots, and masses of one sided ballots while the country was asleep. We discuss these controversies and the state of our democracy as well as the sustainability of the democracy as an un-corrupted process. We then highlight 3 stages of the election process that need to be fixed immediately in order to maintain the integrity of a true democracy and the fixes that would restore that integrity.

Republican's recently called upon social media leadership to address the targeted silencing of conservatives across the country, including out Podcast's posted audio of Joe Biden bribing Ukraine. Was it successful, or a waste of time? We discuss the type of culture it has created online in targeted discrimination, and how that has emboldened the left's blatant attempts at salvaging identity politics, and maintaining the "herd" mentality. Then the episode is wrapped up with discussion on how we make ourselves heard in Washington, and what the results and magnitude of the election figure to be.

We are back after a week away! This week we discus the cult-like fanatical culture that has consumed modern day politics. People falling in love with politicians and the ideologies that they represent. Could this be leading people towards irrational logic when it comes down to defending the politicians that they love at the expense of the truth? Could this be causing beliefs that were once considered extremist to be normalized and more widely accepted? I bring Mike on as we discuss these disturbing trends, and with the election looming we discuss our thoughts on the outcome and what a Harris...errr I mean Biden or Trump regime would mean for the next four years.

In this episode we assess the merit of "fake news" and the extent of its existence with examples. We address if the election could be stolen and discuss how it can be done between mail in methods, ballot harvesting and other instances of fraud that have happened in the past. We wrap things up by discussing what the alt-left's picture of a "new America" looks like and how they plan on extinguishing conservatives in a literal manner.

In this episode we discuss cases of conservative students facing political discrimination on college campuses. These cases range from liberal professors grading and/or treating their conservative students differently. We discuss how the administration at the colleges is allowing for segregation and blatant indoctrination cases whether its classes, college-credit based activities, or permitted events. We then dive into the driver behind this issue and what it could be, and whether or not it can be fixed.

The country is facing great division. Some have pointed to the political party system being the culprit. Is the party system to blame? If so, then what is causing the issue and what could be done to fix it? Can we run off of a no-party system? If not, then could we implement more parties to affiliate with, and if so what would a barrier of entry be in terms of acceptable beliefs? On that note, we dig into democratic socialism as a likely contender to be a stand alone party. Is it any different than socialism? We dissect the question, and more!

Is there sports in politics or politics in sports? I can't really tell these days. Are athletes doing proper research on issues before pushing their opinions onto the American people? Is the NFL wrong for the way they protest? Is the NBA hypocritical in the causes they are choosing to put on their jerseys? Are professional athletes acting in ways that were preached by MLK? Democratic officials in cities burned to the ground by riots are getting around to asking for the federal funds to re-build their cities. Should they receive the federal funds, and if so what does that mean to you and me? As always, I have answers in this week's episode.

I discuss what the implications are on the stock market today, a 1% immigration, and how the tax burdens will fall on middle class America. We also discuss the types of common voter fraud, who typically commits each kind, how significant it is, how often people get away with it, and if could potentially swing the election the way its swung local elections.
