A conservative millennial with a twist bringing an unapologetically honest take on politics and issues facing our country. Discussing topics not getting mainstream media circulation, and providing new angles on common issues. All done while maintaining a laid back, and funny environment. Let's bring common sense back from the dead!
Joe Biden has made a sweeping call for unity in America now that he is president-elect. Would he have made these calls if he was not elected, why did he not make these calls earlier, and why hasn't he, the mainstream media, and the left not unequivocally condemned and fought the ANTIFA and BLM violence that lives on the street and has targeted police and conservatives alike through blood, death, and destruction brought by the groups? Does the call for unity sounds hypocritical? For this week's episode I dive in to the statement and what has been done, if anything, to legitimize the sincerity of the request.
This episode might be the most colorful and heated that we've had to date. The 2020 election is in the books and the projected winner is Joe Biden, but not without a series of overnight controversies around system glitches, dead voters, discarded/altered ballots, and masses of one sided ballots while the country was asleep. We discuss these controversies and the state of our democracy as well as the sustainability of the democracy as an un-corrupted process. We then highlight 3 stages of the election process that need to be fixed immediately in order to maintain the integrity of a true democracy and the fixes that would restore that integrity.
Republican's recently called upon social media leadership to address the targeted silencing of conservatives across the country, including out Podcast's posted audio of Joe Biden bribing Ukraine. Was it successful, or a waste of time? We discuss the type of culture it has created online in targeted discrimination, and how that has emboldened the left's blatant attempts at salvaging identity politics, and maintaining the "herd" mentality. Then the episode is wrapped up with discussion on how we make ourselves heard in Washington, and what the results and magnitude of the election figure to be.
We are back after a week away! This week we discus the cult-like fanatical culture that has consumed modern day politics. People falling in love with politicians and the ideologies that they represent. Could this be leading people towards irrational logic when it comes down to defending the politicians that they love at the expense of the truth? Could this be causing beliefs that were once considered extremist to be normalized and more widely accepted? I bring Mike on as we discuss these disturbing trends, and with the election looming we discuss our thoughts on the outcome and what a Harris...errr I mean Biden or Trump regime would mean for the next four years.
In this episode we assess the merit of "fake news" and the extent of its existence with examples. We address if the election could be stolen and discuss how it can be done between mail in methods, ballot harvesting and other instances of fraud that have happened in the past. We wrap things up by discussing what the alt-left's picture of a "new America" looks like and how they plan on extinguishing conservatives in a literal manner.
In this episode we discuss cases of conservative students facing political discrimination on college campuses. These cases range from liberal professors grading and/or treating their conservative students differently. We discuss how the administration at the colleges is allowing for segregation and blatant indoctrination cases whether its classes, college-credit based activities, or permitted events. We then dive into the driver behind this issue and what it could be, and whether or not it can be fixed.
The country is facing great division. Some have pointed to the political party system being the culprit. Is the party system to blame? If so, then what is causing the issue and what could be done to fix it? Can we run off of a no-party system? If not, then could we implement more parties to affiliate with, and if so what would a barrier of entry be in terms of acceptable beliefs? On that note, we dig into democratic socialism as a likely contender to be a stand alone party. Is it any different than socialism? We dissect the question, and more!
Is there sports in politics or politics in sports? I can't really tell these days. Are athletes doing proper research on issues before pushing their opinions onto the American people? Is the NFL wrong for the way they protest? Is the NBA hypocritical in the causes they are choosing to put on their jerseys? Are professional athletes acting in ways that were preached by MLK? Democratic officials in cities burned to the ground by riots are getting around to asking for the federal funds to re-build their cities. Should they receive the federal funds, and if so what does that mean to you and me? As always, I have answers in this week's episode.
Bernie Sanders still doesn't get what makes up people's wealth, but that isn't stopping him from his newest "Coronavirus" wealth tax. I discuss what the implications are on the stock market today, a 1% immigration, and how the tax burdens will fall on middle class America. Bernie's presidential campaign's regional field coordinator wants to Make Gulags Great Again. See what his defense is and who he wants to put in them and for what purpose. John dissects all of the above and spares no feelings.
This week I bring back guest host Mike as we discuss the prospects of who, or what, America's "public enemy number 1" could be. How it has evolved over the years. We also discuss the complexities of the threat and why it's not so easy to remedy, then offer remedies after considering that complexities of such a task. Then, as always, the world's favorite unheard of podcast segment WWCNND, What Would CNN Do is back for another rendition.
This week we have a new guest host that presents interesting angles for the episode. The RNC is in the books, we discuss the speeches that stood out the most, and the MSM uproar over the St. Louis couple (the McCloskey's) speaking at the convention since they have pending felony charges, and whether the charges are legitimate. John dives into an experience he had at a BLM rally and how he believes their message has affected the black community and the rise in police incidents in the news as well as what a proper and necessary police reform would look like.
There are rumors swirling among democratic legislators and their constituents that Trump is removing mail boxes to alter the election. Are the rumors true? We talk the Democratic Nation Convention. Who were some of their controversial speakers and why Biden didn't have total support. There's also a 19 year old democrat with a history of "revenge porn" on minors and laughing at the dead who is running to be a "congressboy" in Kansas. Who did the democrats choose to speak for the Native American Caucuses? Well you'll have to listen to find that out.
Kamala Harris gets the nod to be Joe Biden's running mate. We discuss her background as a politician, why she was picked, the irony of a Biden/Harris blue ticket, and what their time in office would look like for America if they win. We also discuss the types of common voter fraud, who typically commits each kind, how significant it is, how often people get away with it, and if could potentially swing the election the way its swung local elections. Listen in as we cover it all.
What better way to begin a discussion on our government's wasteful spending than reviewing Rand Paul's Waste Report? It is recommended that you don't listen to this episode if you are easily offended or don't have a sense of humor. We discuss whether elected officials are spending too much, whether we're being taxed too much, and if our founding fathers would start a revolution against us.
Trump was impeached by Pelosi and the House for quid pro quo. A Ukrainian lawyer just leaked audio from Biden's calls to the Ukrainian president during his time in the White House. We review Trump's call transcripts and Biden's released audio to compare and review the two. What is the conclusion? Listen to find out! RIP Herman Cain.
Is America A Dying Republic? Is John's proposed campaign finance reform legit? Are local elections and officials being centralized with national agendas? Are the voices of the people being lost in the capitol? Does John have a man crush on George Washington? Is it just me or is Stacy Abrams an enigma? We have answers.
Is the concept of cancel culture new? What does an analysis of cancel culture reveal? How vast is it's practice and application? Are we seeing cancel culture grow beyond the cancellation of comedians and actors? Who is pushing cancel culture? We have the answers.
Against media silence, China has been thwarting calls for independence by silencing Hong Kong protestors with an arbitrary and abstract new law. Meanwhile China has shown war-hawkish aggression towards their neighbors in Asia. We discuss this, and more.
Will there be urban to rural immigration after COVID19 and will it cause a shift in political beliefs? How many news organizations are George Soros' fingerprints on? Will our new segment catch on? Will CNN be offended by our new segment? We have answers.
Corona: Is the cure worse than the disease? What are the symptoms of the cure? Can John get into a groove in his pilot episode? Does audio chocolate actually flow from the lips of guest host Alex? Is shooting yourself in the leg so that you don't shoot yourself in the foot even a halfway rational thought? We have answers.
