In episode 5, in today's podcast episode, Christine is diving into the world of “Mental Endurance, Mental Strength and Mental Healing.” One thing Christine says she knows to be true my friend, is that mental weakness is one of the top reasons why many never achieve their goals and dreams. For example: How many times have you told yourself that you will start working out only to dismiss the alarm when its time to work out?How many times have you set a fitness goal only to give in at the close of the finish line? How many times have you told yourself that you will focus on your nutrition only to give in to the Postmates donut ad?How many times have you told yourself that you will focus on starting that business, only to find yourself battling with the imposter syndrome, or creating excuses as to why it's not the right time? These are just a few examples of how much influence our mental state has on our everyday success and potential. Christine finds that one trait that most successful people have, is their ability to push themselves beyond their comfort zone. Their ability to rise up when they fall. Their determination and tenacity is commendable and it is not that they have a super power that we don't possess. Enjoy!
In episode 4 Christine is making a continuation of last week's podcast by diving into our God-given gifts just a little further. A gift in Christine's own definition, is simply something that comes effortlessly to us, and by effortlessly Christine means, it is something that one can do with so much more ease than others can, and get this, often times we are not even aware of it.Buckle up and enjoy.
Episode 3: Well hello there my friend. I hope you have been keeping busy doing what brings you the most joy and that you are counting your blessings each and every day. Today, I want to dive into the topic of “Trust,” and “Intuition.” I want to dive into this topic because I have failed at it many a times, and for whatever reason, the last few weeks, there has been this knowing in the inside of me that I need to do better. That I can do better. So let us kick off this episode by defining what I mean by “Intuition.” Intuition in my own words means to me that one has a knowing in the inside of them about something or someone. There is this unrelentless knowing that you can't truly define, or shake and that sort of in many ways serve to guide you or others. I truly believe, we are all gifted with the gift of intuition. This amazing gift of knowing. And like any muscle, it is up to us to strengthen this muscle to become something that we can confidently rely on.
In episode 2, Christine is diving into a topic that she has been wrestling with more so recently than ever before. It is the idea behind staying true to ourselves no matter the circumstances. In today's world where fame, success, influence, power, and authority is well sort after, there has become, at least in my opinion, a visible increased absence of authenticity. Marketing campaign often push for anything but authenticity and the drive for success often leaves many looking back at what they once were. At the values, they once held so sacred. Success in our times has become a trade-off where many feel the pressure to trade their values for success and that often means who they once were. The values they once held so sacred are pushed to the bottom of the barrel, as the pressure to become someone new. Someone likable forces itself up to the surface of our lives. Today's episode is all about starting a conversation around authenticity and how we can all stay true to who we are amidst mounting pressures.

They are crippling in many many ways. I can't wait to hear from you. Tune in for some great insight and strategies.
