Franklin, Tennessee is said to be the south's most charming city. Aside from being packed with charm, this city has a rich history. The Civil War's Battle of Franklin took place in this town in 1864. This was one of the Confederate Army's worst battles. In fact, the assault has been dubbed "The Pickett's Charge of the West." The Carter House, the Lotz House and Carnton Mansion sit where the battle took place. As is the case with so many battlefields around the world, this one is reputed to be haunted as are the nearby homes. Join us as we explore this fascinating town, the horrific battle and the history and hauntings of the Franklin Battlefield.
This week’s episode is all about our memories with classic free to play games, that seem to be mostly dead for some reason. We discuss our favorite free shooters from over the years, and how you dont have to spend money to play fun games (except when you buy the overpowered MP40 in Battlefield Heroes). … Continue reading No Clipping Required Ep. 21 – Free To Pwn →
Contracast 28! This week we talk Battlefield Heroes, God of War III, and Clash of the Titans. This of course also means we go on around 15 tangents. Big news though; this episode was the first live-streamed episode! We had around 8 people drop by while recording, not too bad for an almost un-publicized live show. We expect to do each subsequent show live, and will publicize when we will record well in advance.First 15 minutes of God of War IIIContracast on iTunesContact UsPaul: Site, Twitter, FacebookMike: Twitter, FacebookJohn: Twitter, FacebookDownload Link

The gang's back from the 4th of July ready with tales of flash-game pedophilia and good ol' fashion nut washing. To keep things kosher, Sharkey talks Battlefield Heroes. We're joined with Richard and Niedel to discuss the first half of "2009, Year of Fighters. "And to wrap things up, the crew predicts the future of video games. Surprise, it's downloadable content. So grab a loved one, turn down the mood lights and cuddle up close - this is Good Grief.

I blame Canada for the length of this show and for the PC crash that halted the recording last week. Your hosts, however, don't blame anyone for all great and not so great games they've been playing in the mean time. Jason hops in the ring with UFC 2009, gets a ton of games for free, and gives Gears 2 the cold shoulder. Steven heads back to the wasteland in Fallout 3, finishes his second run through of Fable 2, and hates on the Battlefield Heroes beta. Plus the news and the NPDs for April. Tune in for a jam packed show.
