Jim and Chris discuss listener emails on PSAs regarding IRMAA reimbursements, RMD in-kind transfers, and naming a conduit trust as a retirement account beneficiary. (8:15) A listener shares a PSA that an IRMAA reimbursement was applied as a credit balance drawn down over several months rather than a lump sum. (17:00) The guys discuss a listener PSA on SSA-44 filing: when income is underestimated and IRMAA is owed, Medicare reconciles the difference the following November or December with no penalties or interest assessed. (33:45) George asks whether an RMD can be satisfied through an in-kind transfer of mutual funds to a brokerage account, and whether only a portion needs to be sold to cover the tax bill. (46:00) Jim and Chris take up a listener question about naming a conduit trust as a contingent beneficiary for retirement accounts, kicking off Part 1 of a broader discussion on see-through and conduit trusts — what each structure is, how they differ, and what happens when an IRA names a trust as its beneficiary. They begin exploring the tax implications and planning considerations involved, noting that these arrangements can create both benefits and unintended complications depending on how they’re set up. The conversation will continue on the next week’s Q&A episode, where they’ll complete this listener’s question and address additional questions received on the topic. Blood detected in Bob Schreiber's urine led to a diagnosis of Stage IV bladder cancer.  This came after a cystoscopy, in which a tube is inserted into his urethra, taking a picture of the bladder.  Twice without success, Bob hoped BCG treatment would address the cancer by instilling a set of chemicals inside the bladder to strengthen the immune system.  As a result, he had to get his bladder removed.  It was replaced with a neobladder, which was made from his small intestine.  His recovery took close to a year, he has to deal with incontinence at night, but would his overall health is about 80 percent of what it was pre-diagnosis.   In 2015, Bob's cancer journey began when a lab tech detected microscopic drops of blood in his urine.  This got the attention of a urologist, who immediately suspected cancer and called for a cystoscopy of Bob's bladder.  The doctor wanted to make sure there was cancer and that if there was cancer, to make sure it had not spread beyond the muscle of Bob's bladder.  Thankfully, the cancer had not spread, but the photos from the cystoscopy confirmed Bob Schreiber had Stage IV bladder cancer.   Bob was told in terms of treatment, the gold standard is the removal of his bladder, but he learned of a potential remedy called BCG instillation.  Under this procedure, chemicals would be instilled into the bladder to strengthen its immune and defeat the cancer.  Bob and his wife preferred to go this route, but the operation was unsuccessful.   They switched hospitals and made a case for a second attempt at BCG instillation, claiming kidney damage that occurred on the first attempt may have compromised the first attempt's effective.  A new care team went ahead with the second BCG instillation, but it, too, was unsuccessful.  This left Bob with no other option than to have his cancerous bladder removed.   Although he could have chosen treatment that would have left him with a bag to collect his urine, he instead went with a neobladder.  That's a replacement bladder made from his small intestine.  The difficult and dangerous took eight hours. A day after its conclusion, Bob got up and walked around the hospital floor.  And he walked and he walked and he walked.  By the time he was done, Bob said he had walked about a mile and a half!  Hospital staff had done a better job of bouncing back from this particular surgery than any patient they had ever had.  Whereas many patients remained hospitalized after this procedure for weeks, Bob went back home just four days after the surgery was done.   Bob Schreiber said recovery was slow, but he made progress.  He said then, and now, he is able to remain continent during the day but does have incontinence issues at night and has to make trips to the bathroom every three or four hours.   Bob says his health is approximately 80 percent of what it was prior to his diagnosis, but he is extremely grateful to be able to chase after his small grandchildren.   Additional Resources:   Support Group:   The Bladder cancer Advocacy Network: https://www.bcan.org

The claim centers on an allegation that Guggenheim played a role in connecting a young woman to Epstein before the woman was allegedly abused, drawing renewed scrutiny because of Guggenheim's past association with British royalty. This one moves slick and seductive at first… then gradually turns into a full-blown dancefloor sermon. We open deep and hypnotic with Kristin Velvet and Stolen Faces, setting the tone with rolling low-end tension. Then the energy spikes with a slick mashup of Rihanna's Don't Stop The Music colliding against Mau P's club weapon Neck — pure dancefloor ignition. From there it's non-stop momentum: Plastik Funk & Esox, HIISAK & Reeva, and the legendary Benny Benassi alongside Fideles deliver sleek, driving heat. Basslines get heavier with Wax Motif & Sarah De Warren, plus Night Bass energy from Body Ocean & Benni Ola. Groove masters like Ewan McVicar, Blackloud, R3WIRE, and Marten Hørger keep the house pulse tight and addictive. Then the shift happens. The techno takes over. Adam Beyer, GENESI & Aye Anne bring the Drumcode thunder with DNA. A reworked classic from Soulwax hits via the Westend edit. Latin-charged emotion lands with Victor Tellagio. Groove precision from Ad-Apt & Max Styler keeps the tension rising. And the final stretch? Pure acid warehouse chaos — A.D.H.S. into Conduit & Charlotte de Witte closing with A Prayer for the Dancefloor — a cinematic, pounding finale built for 3AM strobe lights. Episode 48 is bold, sexy, and unapologetically club-focused. Lip Biter Sounds. ⚡️Like the Show? Click the [Repost] ↻ button so more people can hear it!

The article reports that Eileen Guggenheim, a former aide to then-Prince Charles and now president of the New York Academy of Art, has been accused i of introducing a studen, Maria  Farmer, to Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender. The claim centers on an allegation that Guggenheim played a role in connecting a young woman to Epstein before the woman was allegedly abused, drawing renewed scrutiny because of Guggenheim's past association with British royalty. Critics and commentators have circulated versions of the story online that suggest her involvement in the Epstein scandal. In response to the controversy, Guggenheim has strongly denied the allegation, stating she never introduced any student — or anyone else — to Epstein and had no involvement in such matters. She rejected the claims as unfounded and emphasized that there is no evidence linking her to facilitating introductions to Epstein. The article highlights how the resurfaced accusations have generated attention, partly because of Guggenheim's past role in Prince Charles' circle and persistent public interest in Epstein's network of associates.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

“The Cul-de-sac vs. The Conduit”

"Prayer Changes Everything" Devotion for Today

February 17, 2026 Daily Devotional: “The Cul-de-sac vs. The Conduit”2 Corinthians 9:8 "And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others." We oftentimes approach life with a "scarcity mindset." We worry that if we give too much of our time, our energy, or our resources, we will eventually run dry. Paul's message to the Corinthians flips this logic on its head. He isn't just saying God will help us "get by" but he is describing a superabundance. The word used in this context is “abound” which means to exist in a quantity that goes well beyond what is strictly necessary. It's the difference between a cupthat is full and a fountain that never stops flowing. There is a purpose in the plenty; We are blessed to be a conduit, not a cul-de-sac. Notice the "so that." God doesn't pour into us just so we can build bigger storehouses. The goal of His abundance is outflow. When God makes us rich in grace, it is to make us "abound in every good work."  It is important to note that this isn't a "blank check" for greed. The "abundance" promised is specifically linked to our ability to help others. It is a promise of provision for thepurpose of mission. A cul-de-sac collects water and keeps it whilst a conduit lets water flow through it to reach a destination. God blesses us so that wecan be a conduit of "good works" to others. Breaking down the promise on this verse contains the "alls" that anchor our security in God's character. In God's provision, this isn't just financial, it is spiritual, emotional, and physical. There is no area of your life whether it be at work, in your family, or health that falls outside His reach because His grace isn't seasonal. It's as available in the valley as it is on the mountaintop. Heprovides the "enough" so that we can focus on the"more."  In what area of your life are you currently operating out of "scarcity" instead of trusting in God's "abundance"? If you truly believed God would provide "all you need at all times," how would your generosity change today? If you feel depleted today, remember that the supply line doesn't depend on your stamina, it depends on His ability. He is able to make it happen!

The GENIUS Act brings regulatory clarity to stablecoins, but Conduit CEO Kirill Gertman argues that clarity alone won't guarantee success. Banks face a choice between building their own infrastructure or becoming the pipes for others. Kirill Gertman has watched the stablecoin industry evolve from multiple angles. He spent nearly two decades in financial services before founding Conduit in 2021, including six years in crypto and a stint as VP of product at BRD, which became Coinbase Wallet. His company grew 16x in 2024 by solving a practical problem: businesses in emerging markets were accumulating stablecoins to hedge against local currency volatility but couldn't use those balances in their day-to-day operations. Conduit now works with tier-one banks and multinational corporations, processing billions in cross-border payments. And with the GENIUS Act bringing the first comprehensive regulatory framework for stablecoins in the United States, Gertman argues the legislation's passage raises as many strategic questions as it answers—particularly for banks that have been sitting on the sidelines. Today, we'll explore why the GENIUS Act matters, the critical difference between stablecoins and deposit tokens, what strategy banks should actually pursue, and where Gertman sees the industry heading as major players race to build vertically integrated stacks.

In this mind-expanding episode, Darin sits down with Dani Fontaine — researcher, practitioner, and expert on the human body's forgotten communication system: the endocannabinoid system. They unravel how this network regulates everything from mood and sleep to pain and consciousness — and why it was deliberately scrubbed from mainstream medical education. Dani reveals how cannabinoids, light, sound, and nature all communicate with our body's receptor fields — shaping the way we feel, heal, and perceive the world. Together they explore the profound spiritual and scientific implications of this hidden system, and how it connects us back to balance, nature, and truth.     What You'll Learn 00:00:00 - Welcome to the SuperLife Podcast 00:00:32 - Sponsor: Energy Bits 00:01:52 - Introducing Guest Danny Fontaine: Cannabis Pioneer and Plant Medicine Healer 00:04:54 - Deep Dive: What is the Endocannabinoid System (ECS)? 00:06:30 - ECS: The Homeostasis and Retrograde Signaling System 00:09:20 - ECS as a Receptive System for Subtle Energies and Environment 00:10:23 - Endocannabinoid System Toning (X-Tone) 00:12:58 - When the ECS Gets Worn and Depleted 00:16:34 - ECS Receptors on Every Cell, Fascia, and Neural Makeup 00:19:14 - How the ECS Breaks Down: The Impact of False Light 00:22:11 - The ECS and Non-Photon Rich Food 00:23:40 - Modulating the ECS Through the Six Senses (Touch and Breath) 00:24:38 - Mitochondria and ECS Receptors (MTK, CB1) 00:25:14 - Endogenous ECS and the Need for Proper Nutrients 00:27:11 - Cannabis as our Phyto Twin: The Plant Factor 00:27:57 - THC and the Suppression of Anandamide (Bliss Molecule) 00:31:44 - Sponsor: Fatty 15 00:35:25 - The Vast Amount of ECS Research & Medical Suppression 00:38:27 - Cannabinoids, Pain, and Individual Assessment 00:40:29 - Modulating ECS with Nature: Terpenes like Pinene 00:42:51 - Olfactory System as the Most Sophisticated Input 00:47:03 - ECS as the "Microscope Moment" for Health 00:48:23 - Pinene, CB1, and TRP Receptors in Pain Management 00:50:39 - The ECS, Collagen, and Hyaluronic Acid Fluctuation 00:51:44 - Working with the ECS for Faster Results (Cancer and Genetic Mutations) 00:55:06 - Sponsor: SuperLife Patreon 00:56:39 - Measuring the ECS with Bio-Field Technology 00:57:29 - The Danger of THC Stacking and Immunosuppression 00:59:30 - Overwhelmed Cells and Fake Inputs 01:00:12 - Hemp as a Homeostasis Plant for the Planet (Soil Remediation/Carbon) 01:02:06 - ECS Strength in Animals vs. Humans 01:04:08 - Why Cannabis and Hemp Were Suppressed 01:07:07 - The Historical Use of Cannabis in Medicine 01:08:12 - Hemp's Nutritional Profile (Amino Acids and Omegas) 01:09:37 - Ayahuasca, Receptor Overexpression, and Looping 01:13:33 - Importance of ECS Knowledge and Application 01:14:58 - Exercise, Anandamide, and ECS Toning 01:15:22 - Cold Plunge and Shocking the ECS and Hormones 01:17:16 - Takeaways: Light, Movement, Sound, and Breath 01:21:41 - ECS: The Main Signaling and Communication System 01:23:28 - Final Thoughts: ECS as the Conduit to Self and Spirit     Thank You to Our Sponsors: Fatty15: Get an additional 15% off their 90-day subscription Starter Kit by going to fatty15.com/DARIN and using code DARIN at checkout. Eddie Donnellan is a surfer, father, and the founder of the MeWater Foundation, which celebrates its 10-year anniversary this year. Calling in from his home near Ocean Beach in San Francisco, Eddie shares how skating a curb growing up with a stranger led to a single 15-minute conversation that changed the trajectory of his life and led him to a lifelong connection with surfing and the ocean. Eddie reflects on his own upbringing, his mother's resilience as an immigrant and educator, and how those lessons shaped his work in children's mental health and his passion for creating opportunities for underserved youth. He explains how MeWater uses surfing and time in nature as a conduit for healing, confidence, and community, and why sharing a child's very first wave can be the most powerful moment of all. The conversation touches on the challenges and triumphs of running a nonprofit, partnerships with brands like YETI and Patagonia, and why integrity matters when it comes to working with supporters. Eddie also shares what's next for MeWater, from college scholarships to taking kids on tropical trips that expand their world, as well as personal reflections on fatherhood, setting boundaries, and the lessons he's learned from the kids who inspire him.
