Big 10 Commissioner Tony Petitti is exploring league expansion again. The conference is due to add the UCLA Bruins and The USC Trojans next season. Big 10 football schedules are set through 2025 and everyone seems happy with them. But the Pac 12 is dying before our very eyes. The Colorado Buffalos are bolting for the Big 12. The Arizona Wildcats, Arizona State Sun Devils, and Utah Utes may do the same any day. The issue is the lack of a decent TV deal after this season.   On the table is Apple TV streaming for 20 million dollars per school per year. That's not even close to what other conferences are getting for their media rights. The Washington Huskies and the Oregon Ducks, with pretty strong athletic departments, are in panic mode. They are in exploratory talks with the Big 10. What about the Stanford Cardinal and California Bears? What about ACC schools like the Florida State Seminoles, mired in a horrible TV deal of their own?
