Tahini has gotten a lot of press in the last few years, and the delicious sesame paste has become a staple in many of our pantries. Many cultures have embraced the borderless sesame seed in some form or another, including Japanese gomashio and furikake, hummus from the Middle East, Italian Reginelle cookies, and even in burgers. In her new book, Rachel Simons explores all the possibilities and guises of this versatile ingredient: Sesame: Global Recipes & Stories of an Ancient Seed Rachel is the co-founder of Seed+Mill, which offers top-quality tahini and halvah, a rich sesame paste that's one of the best things you'll put in your mouth. There are many brands of tahini and halvah (that vary in quality) but the ones offered by Seed+Mill are uniformly excellent, and I always make room in my suitcase to bring some back to Paris with me. And if you find yourself in New York City, the tahini soft-serve ice cream they serve in their shop at the Chelsea Market, served with crumbles of halvah, is truly a scoop—or swirl—of heaven. Rachel is one of the nicest people I know, although she did yell at me once…I was packing jelly rings at the Joyva halvah factory in Brooklyn with Jake Cohen, and that's Rachel, yelling at me.
Dave Simons says inflation 'does seemed stuck now' as it sticks between 21/2 and 3 percent. He says he 'understands concerns' over tariff negotiations, but keep progressing with long-term investments.
There often comes a point in your business where your strategy's solid, you're sharing content and showing up consistently…But then it feels like you've reached a limit that you can't quite break through. You're stuck at the same income level, your audience isn't growing and you feel like everyone is quantum leaping to the next level…but you're not.So why does this keep happening no matter what you do? If you've ticked all the boxes – you've invested in the mentors, refined your offers and even reworked your messaging but it still feels like your magic is capped – it might be time to look beyond the strategy.Because sometimes what's holding you back isn't your strategy, it's an energetic pattern that's been playing out for lifetimes – and the Akashic Records hold the key to unlocking it.And on today's episode of the How I Do Content Podcast I'm joined by the magical Belinda Simons, a Psychic Medium and Akashic Records reader who helps soul-led business owners uncover and heal past life vows, contracts and trauma that are still playing out in their business today and keeping them stuck.Belinda accesses the Akashic Records to find the root cause of what's keeping you stuck – whether that's visibility fears, income plateaus, or repeating patterns you can't seem to break. After a 30-year career in dentistry, Belinda's body forced her to stop – and that moment became the catalyst for stepping into her energetic gifts and building the business she now runs full-time.I was also fortunate enough to support her inside Micro Messaging and help her craft messaging that matches her magic – so she can communicate this deeply intuitive Akashic Records-based work in a way that actually resonates with the people it's meant for. This is a really great episode if you feel like you're doing all the “right” things but you can't quite crack through to that next level – Belinda is going to help you understand why.Let's dive in.Connect with Belinda SimonsFollow Belinda on Instagram @belindajoy_mediumThe Akashic Records https://www.belindajoymedium.com/akashicreset Find out more at https://www.belindajoymedium.com/ Sign up for Micro MessagingIf this episode reminded you that the depth of your work is only as powerful as your ability to communicate it – that's exactly what Micro Messaging helps you do.Because your magic deserves to be seen, felt, and understood – and your messaging is the bridge between the work you do and the people it's meant for.Belinda joined the last round of Micro Messaging to get crystal clear on how to communicate her unique gifts – and now she's owning her voice, speaking directly to her dream clients, and showing up in a way that converts. And now it's your turn.Doors are open now for a limited time.
