In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, chasing after money and success, believing that these things will bring us happiness. But what if I told you that true happiness lies in something deeper, something primal? In this episode of the Happy Hustle Podcast, I chat with Hazen Audel, the host of National Geographic's hit TV show on Disney + Primal Survivor. Hazen share his philosophy on living a more primal life and about making a positive impact in the world. He emphasizes the importance of community and finding our tribe. By building strong relationships with our neighbors and being more involved in our communities, we can achieve a more harmonious life. And almost everyone is at suboptimal levels. And that's a big problem because magnesium is involved in more than 600 biochemical reactions in our body.

#101 Hazen Audel, the host of NatGeo's Primal Survivor and Ultimate Survivor WWII, talks about his journey to television and the everyday life of living with and without a "tribe"... far and near. Can we find happiness and contentment in intrinsic values and learn from cultures far from the United States where fewer resources exist? Why, with such a culturally rich population, does depression and anxiety affect nearly 18 million Americans a year that report it, and another 1 in 5 that don't seek help? Is it because we have strayed far from our tribal senses? I think so and I believe you will think so too.

When the crew travels to film our podcasts you can be assured that Hazen is probably missing from the shoot - off finding a critter to bring back and talk about.
