Welcome back!
This week's episode is full of laughter and is definitely medicine for the soul. Comedian, physic and transformational mentor, Kyle Lipton's mission on earth is to reveal the big cosmic joke. If you are yet to see Kyle's videos and hilarious cosmic characters then definitely check out his Instagram (links below as always) and be sure to share this episode with someone who needs a little more laughter in their life.Kyle shares a powerful message whilst bringing laughter and lightness to a topic which can often feel heavy and dense, describing himself as a supernatural mentor bridging the gap between practical and mystical. Kyle loves to bring comedy to the world of spirituality, making the topic easy to digest for everyone.Voted class clown in his yearbook at school, he is super curious and has spent years checking out the many different paths of spirituality. He talks about jumping from one matrix to the other and settling somewhere in the middle. Anyone who has spent time on personal development and delved into the world of spirituality will know it's easy to get very deep and serious, but the point of healing, in most people's case, is to experience more child-like joy in their lives, not more seriousness! What's the point if we can't laugh? It's not about digging deep to be more spiritually superior, it's about feeling more joyful.Sometimes we think to be spiritual we need to adopt a certain type of identity - always being conscious and looking or sounding a certain way. Kyle reminds us that spirituality is oneness and everything is spiritual, whether we're wearing our boss bitch heels and sipping champagne or we're wearing white and taking part in a sister circle. We don't need it to look a certain way to be spiritual or enough. Kyle is a true Soul Digger, and like myself, enjoys dancing in both worlds. He suggests listening to the little things, slowing down, tuning in and trusting your first thought. By doing this Kyle has experienced the magic of miracles. Listening to his intuition, he booked a one-way ticket to Europe, even though he had just a few dollars to his name, this led to the most transformational trip of his life. When you trust your soul, you'll never be led astray and ultimately you'll attract more abundance into your life. Kyle goes on to share some tips on having the confidence to be truly soul-expressed - there is someone out there who needs to hear what you have to say, don't choose your insecurity over your impact on the world. This episode is the perfect mix of laughter and wisdom bombs! Enjoy! Screenshot this episode on your device, and tag @kimmellor_ and @thesouldigger_ @kylelipton on Instagram. Today's episode is with comedian and men's coach Kyle LiptonKyle's a really funny guy but more importantly he's real, he's raw and authentic as fuck, not afraid to be himselfI recently joined in on one of his live programs called Laugh at Your Limitations and it was some of the hardest laughs I've had in a long time along with deep shadow love and self reflection.I knew he was a guy I could sit down and just have an open, authentic, raw, and hilarious conversation with. I thoroughly enjoyed this talk and I think you will too.SHOW NOTESDealing with deathSpeaking your truth manifests your dreamsBeing able to be present enough to see when life is communicating with us, How the energy you put out is ALWAYS gonna come back to youVulnerability and transparency creating so much freedom and such a powerful way to release shame, not running from big emotions/owning and embracing them Connect with Kyle IG: @kylelipton
Kyle Lipton helps individuals find spirituality by using humor as a guide for their journey. The journey in life is to find your true self. Your true self starts to show when you begin to learn to trust yourself. Connecting to Your True SelfBeginning the connection to your true self occurs when you decide to do things for yourself and not follow others. As you progress through your journey, you start identifying the things that make you happy and feel like you. The decisions do not have any outside influence. Making the ConnectionThere are many methods to making a connection with your spirituality. You must discover your true self through:The use of meditation to release the perceptions of othersContemplate the real you.Look for things that inspire you.Nurture the spark for improvement.Love what you do.Once you realize what you want, you just need to find the path that is right for you. Some of these paths may include:Accepting both the good and bad outcomes of a situation.Trust yourself.Coaching or mentoringWorking through fears.Applying HumorThe application of humor in finding your spirituality helps in various ways. First, humor will help others to let their guard down. When your guard is down, you become more open to new ideas. Second, humor can allow a person to see a situation from a different perspective. Showing a person the situation in a comic setting can provide the chance to laugh and realize other possible outcomes. Humor can also help bridge gaps in potentially awkward situations. The humor breaks the ice and gives people the chance to openly laugh and discuss the situation. Providing Life AdviceAs you progress through life’s journey remember your happiness and inner peace depends on you. If you live your life doing things others tell you, you are neglecting your true self. You need to live your life for you and laugh along the way. Taking things too seriously can cause you to lose your path.If you’d like to learn more, reach out to Kyle on email, Instagram or Facebook. Thanks for listening, and we’ll see you next time. Kyle Lipton has enjoyed an awesome journey, but there’s still more to come for this up-and-coming entrepreneur. He started by handing out discount tickets to get into clubs, and now he’s coaching business leaders and helping people overcome their fears in order to find success. Learning on the Go Kyle dropped out of college for a great job opportunity and transitioned from one job to another. Along the way, he learned about business and entrepreneurism. A podcast interview series that never launched led to a job as an assistant, and from there Kyle stumbled into coaching. Finding What is Possible and Real The first time Kyle ended up coaching, he immediately felt a moment of emptiness. While feeling empty usually has negative connotations, in this instance, it was different, and Kyle felt positive and powerful. “When I say emptiness, I say more it’s a feeling of, ‘I gave everything that was in my tank.’ Whatever was inside of me that I wanted to express, is out,” explains Kyle. He soon realized that coaching is his talent and gift and that’s what he wanted to do. Since then, Kyle hasn’t looked back, and he now coaches business leaders and creates content. He is also looking into other opportunities because Kyle feels he has more he needs to get out. How to Help Kyle likes to work with clients who are ready to take a leap into their own clarity. During this leap, Kyle supports clients and helps them navigate their way. By helping clients slow down and tune in to who they are and what they are afraid of and why, he can help them overcome their fears and change their view. When people are willing to risk that fear, they can move beyond it. It’s so easy to think that sometimes we’ve made it. Sometimes it’s true, we did make it, or need to feel that way – and then, it’s the next thing, always. And isn’t it so often that the entrepreneurs journey often lights up this topic? So, we do the inner work because, what else is … Continue reading "Next Level Shifting with Kyle Lipton"

Episode 207: Would you say that you're someone who struggles when you don't feel liked? Would you say that you typically sensor your sentences to ensure they don't offend anyone? And if they do, you apologize profusely and obsess over it for a week? Okay, let me ask you this one: ever avoided eye contact, wearing something "too sexy" or shooting a loving smile over to a man out of fear he will get the wrong idea (and that it will obviously be your fault)? Many of us have been taught, since birth, that it is our responsibility to: Not cause a man to stumble Make sure everyone feels comfortable Make sure you are liked Not piss anyone off Fit in Cover up your body (or else you are "asking" for it) Please your family members by being who they want you to be Any many more examples. Many women have been taught that it is our responsibility to be liked by everyone, to play the role of the sweet/kind friend and to not step on any toes. If this kind of programming is not healed, it has the power to lead us straight into a whirlwind of anxiety every single time we feel someone is mad at us. It keeps us quiet whenever we've been taken advantage of. We may feel we are unloveable. Feeling responsible for the actions of others is one of the most dreadful experiences ever...simply because you're trying to control something you will never and can never control. If you relate to any of this above, pull up a chair and get ready to take some notes. Show notes: Find a fitness studio, healthy place to eat, outdoor adventure, or upcoming event near you by heading over to fitt.co/moon and exploring your city! Also follow along on their Instagram @fittcity. The conversation I had with my client that opened up the doors to this conversation. Why it is not your fault if a man is attracted to you (and why you shouldn't try to avoid that either). The Instagram post where I wrote about causing a man to stumble. Showing the world your Love Light fully and openly. Releasing the idea that you are responsible for what others are experiencing How the subconscious belief that you are responsible for the happiness of others could be sabotaging your own choices even as an adult. An example of how the body image industry often presented an opportunity for me to sit with not pleasing everyone with my work. Don't intentionally hurt anyone emotionally or physically-- otherwise, speak your truth and allow others to have their own experience with whatever your truth is. It's not your job to keep people from being triggered (in fact, it's often really helpful when you give them that experience) Triggers show us where we are not yet healed and where we still have work to do. Without triggers, we are not growing. How to set emotional boundaries Using triggers to deepen your relationships (with an open heart) rather than fight, disconnect and close your heart. You are responsible for what you say, not what others hear.
