Nokså nøyaktig 2 år etter krigen i Tigray brøt ut, har to av partene - Etiopia og TPLF - kunngjort at de er enige om en avtale for å avslutte krigen seg i mellom. Disse gode nyhetene kom som en overraskelse både på Bjørnar og dagens gjest, professor Kjetil Tronvoll, som i denne hastespesialen tar en kort prat om hva vi vet til nå. Vi diskuterer hva de to partene sier de er enige om, hva slags avtale dette egentlig er, og - minst like viktig - hvem og hva som ikke dekkes av avtalen til nå. Det er fortsatt mange mulige skjær i sjøen, men det er likevel gode grunner til å feire dette foreløpige gjennombruddet i den etiopiske fredsprosessen.

Hoogbegaafde cliënten die hulp zoeken in de GGZ, krijgen niet altijd de hulp die bij hen past. Er is helaas nog weinig kennis van en ervaring met hoogbegaafdheid in de GGZ. De hoogbegaafde hulpzoekers modderen voort en hebben veel vragen. In deze podcast spreek ik met Lukien Hoiting en Noks Nauta, auteurs van het boek 'Hoogbegaafde hulpzoekers - Wanneer je er zelf niet uitkomt' waar hoogbegaafden precies tegenaan lopen en waarom het zo belangrijk is dat hier aandacht voor komt binnen de GGZ. The intention for this podcast is to give a voice from the children regarding lockdown during the Covid19 pandemic. While there are a lot of voices and opinions currently being circulated, there are very few from children. We would like to give the Earthchildren a platform to share their experiences and their ideas. In addition to this, a lot of messages on social media about the impact of lockdown are showing the experience of relatively privileged people who are able to use this time productively, working from home and spending time with their families. Ich habe Noks vor zwei Jahren zum ersten Mal getroffen und sie ist eine der positivsten und spirituellsten Personen, die ich kenne. Noks ist Yogalehrerin und arbeitet mit dem Earth Child Project zusammen, ein Projekt, das zum Ziel hat, Kinder in den Townships in Kapstadt zu unterstützen, über Achtsamkeit, Meditation und Yoga mehr in ihre Kraft zu kommen. Wir sprechen darüber, wie Noks das erste Mal mit Yoga in Kontakt gekommen ist, wie es für sie war, dass ihr Bruder angeschossen wurde und in ihren Armen gestorben ist, wie sie das Gesetz der Anziehung für sich anwendet und wie wir immer ein höheres Level im Leben erklimmen, ganz egal, wo wir herkommen. Noks ist eine solche Inspiration! Für mich war das Interview sehr berührend und stark und ich bin so dankbar, es jetzt mit dir teilen zu können. Im Gespräch mit Noks erfährst du: warum es so wichtig ist, eine klare Vision zu haben, wie mächtig positive Gedanken sein können, worum es bei Yoga wirklich geht und wie du noch mehr in deine Kraft kommen kannst, egal wie deine äußeren Umstände gerade sind. Ich hoffe sehr, dass dich Noks’ helles, wunderschönes Licht erreicht hat und dass dir das Gespräch gefallen und inspiriert hat. Was war für dich die wichtigste Erkenntnis?
