January 4, 2026 Are you prepared? Many adventures in life require preparation. In the same way, God cares about getting us prepared for how He invites us into His plan. Listen in as Pastor Brooks Fuller helps prepare us not only to embrace the new year, but to live fully engaged in God's plan! About this Sermon Series The book of Acts tells the story of how the exalted Christ sends His Spirit to empower His people to continue His work in the world. Through the Spirit's power, ordinary believers boldly proclaim the gospel, witness miraculous works, and form vibrant communities that embody God's welcome to all people. Acts traces how the church's witness, energized by the Spirit, extends from Jerusalem to the ends of the earth, revealing Christ's ongoing work through His people and the Spirit's leading in every new challenge and opportunity.

Sunday, October 12, 2025 – Secretary/Treasurer Pastor Brooks McElihenny is with us at Center Point to help us understand the “Perspectives of a Transition.” All churches go through times and seasons of transition when pastors sense a change in their assignment. During periods of change and transition, many people mistakenly believe that God is doing something to them, but instead He is doing something for them. Seasons of pastor transition are one of these times. Pastor Brooks emphasizes that the perspective you choose is crucial to the success of any transition. He encourages us to focus more on the message the pastor delivers than on the pastor himself. Every pastor has a biblical mandate (1 Timothy 3:1-7) to preach and live out the message they proclaim; even though they are not perfect individuals, they are called to be above reproach. Join us in worship and study as we dive into the Word of God.
