Perfectionism. There's so much more to it than just this need to get the achievement. This sh*t is deep rooted & it's this self-induced prison that we can place ourselves in (hell I have & sometimes still do!)When I connected with Megan Bruneau & she shared with me this prison of perfection & the freedom in awareness around it, where it stemmed from & rewriting the enough-ness of it: I said, girl do I have a seat for you. Megan Bruneau whose been quoted by Deepak Chopra as the Millennials Therapist, is a no bullsh*t, relatable voice that has landed her appearances on Good Morning America where she has talked about her own mental health, eating disorder history & doing so with vulnerability & humor. She's a therapist / coach / speaker that is on a mission to help you like yourself & life a little more. Philadelphia Event with Rittenhouse Hotel on 11.7: Grab Your Ticket -------------------------------------------------------------UNLEASHED: Free Community Added: unleashedleadership.org ----------------------------------------Connect with Megan:Instagram: @meganbruneauWebsite: meganbruneau.com-----------------------------------------Stay Connected with Meg & Our Tribe:Microstep Monday: every Monday 1 Intentional Thought For The Week: megan-miller.com/#newsletter-signupCheck Out Our TEDx talk: Detoxing Off The Drug of Achievement Instagram: @megan.b.millerLinkedIn: @meganmillerintention ---------------------------------------Shop our merch with meaning: https://www.megan-miller.com/shop--------------------------------Friends of Our Tribe:FichiSnacks.com: use code Miller20 for 20% off your order Grateful Human: use code megmiller for 10% off your order Baloo Living: use code megmiller15 for 15% off your orderMicropause: wellness gummies for our give zero f*cks era (so mush support is what I've been taking) #BreakingPerfectionism #WomenSupportingWomen #OwnYourImperfections #FreedomFromPerfection #PerfectionismDetox #RealAndUnfiltered #PerfectlyImperfect #LettingGoOfPerfect #WomenEmpoweringWomen #AuthenticSelf #RedefineSuccess #ProgressOverPerfection  #HighAchievingWomen #FemaleEmpowermentPodcast #WomenWithPurpose #MindsetReset #UnleashYourPotential #OvercomingPerfectionism

Over three decades, he collected some of the world’s most important impressionist, post-impressionist, and modern paintings, including works by Renoir, Cézanne, Matisse, and Picasso. He displayed them alongside African masks, native American jewelry, Greek antiquities, and decorative metalwork.    Philadelphia also hosts a large collection of Public Art which you can see while strolling along the streets of central Philadelphia. You’ll find the best nightlife at my old stomping grounds here, including Jon’s Bar and Grill.   I talked about Rittenhouse Square with Michael Saevett from Gluten-Free Philly. Joseph Saxon of the US Mint created an image of central high school (now demolished) shortly after Daguerre had announced his process in France.   Philadelphia Markets Reading Terminal Market is located in the heart of Philadelphia at 12th and Arch Streets. RTM is an authentic Philly experience and offers a variety of dishes that are not only gluten-free, but the eating establishments are also from many different food cultures, which I love!
