On Saturday, Yohe expressed her support for U.S. President Donald J. Trump by posting a photo on Instagram showing a man dressed as Jesus carrying suitcases. The post, which has since been taken down, also bears the words, "On my way back to the White House," and was the gospel singer's response to the Women's March, The Christian Post details. Advertisement "March all you want, protest all you want, President DONALD J. TRUMP is our President for at least 4 years, no weapon formed against him will prosper!" said Yohe in her Instagram post. "You know you are doing something right when there is so much opposition!!! #excitingtimes," Yohe added. The post apparently was not received well by her followers because many expressed their disapproval of the captions she put in it. One netizen slammed her for supporting someone "who lies, curses, and incites violence." Another netizen said Yohe just lost one supporter because of her pro-Trump post. Someone also vowed not to attend, buy, or patronize anything that the singer makes. Activist Shaun King posted an open letter on Facebook and called Yohe "disgusting." King, who said he was a pastor for 15 years, said he was baffled with the singer's implication that Jesus Christ was not in the White House during the term of former President Barack Obama, Raw Story relays. In response to the massive backlash against her, Yohe deactivated most of her social media accounts. The gospel singer said there were many churches that have canceled their scheduled events with her. Others have called her a racist and even threatened her. Yohe also posted a statement on Facebook, apologizing to the people who may have been offended by the Instagram photo. The singer said she is excited at the prospect that the new administration will protect Christianity instead of attack it but maintained that she does not condone any of Trump's wrongdoings. In this episode we will look at the rash anger expressed the remorseful artist and the repented assembly Show less

In his Facebook live video on Thursday that has been viewed over 100,000 times, Carman celebrated his birthday by pulling out his guitar, chatting with fans and singing some songs. The 45-minute video ended with a song dedication he wrote for the 45th president of the United States.Since Trump hadn't been sworn into office at the time the Facebook Live video was broadcast, the singer decided to compile a few headlines and popular Trump quotes and use them as his song lyric inspiration. Yohe took to Instagram on Saturday to express her support for the newly-sworn in president, Donald J. Trump. Her post, which is no longer accessible, was in response to the 2.9 million demonstrators marching around the world in the Women's March. In her social media post, the singer featured an actor dressed as Jesus carrying suitcases with the words, "On my way back to the White House." On the post Yohe wrote, "March all you want, protest all you want, President DONALD J. TRUMP is our President for at least 4 years, no weapon formed against him will prosper!" Once again the Black church is finding itself in a quagmire with celebrated gospel artists who are not what they claim to be. Gospel Artist Vicki Yohe, is white but her music ministry is largely catered to black churches posted a meme of a white male dressed as Jesus with suitcases and the words "On my way back to the White House". After realizing how offensive her post was, she posted an apology but was still denigrated by BLM activist Shaun King who shared with her the reality of President Trump's campaign rhetoric. Has the black church lost all credibility with the gospel music industry? Also is the Trump presidential term an opportunity for the black church to lead in economic and political solidarity for black communities? Join Pastor Neal for this and other great topics of discussion.
WEEI.coms Kirk and Callahan show has been brought to my attention on numerous occasions to watch it and see just how out of touch they are in terms of women, LBGTQ, and Racism. The jury is still out but Truthit did find some red flags. Also Vicki Yohe a Gospel singer that has a predominately black following posted a picture with Jesus and luggage claiming he's returning to the white house in the form of Donald Trump. Let the dragging begin! Speaking of dragging... a Restraunt owner in Pennsylvania allegeldy tells black customers "Trump is in officer I can deny you service." Chicago death toll will also be discussed That and more on the 5 oclock shadow 5pm! Also catch us on worcesterdailynews.com!
