The Bible teaches the human race came from the first man Adam. We inherited sin from Adam. That sin separates us from God. Therefore, we must be born again, in Christ.

This message speaks of two rests.  There is a rest from the burden of sin that comes with salvation and the rest from the burden of self that comes with surrender.

Our loving, Lord Jesus, in love, warned every person in this whole world that there are only two places to go upon your death. A place He called Heaven or a place He called Hell. Please listen, believe, and receive before you pass away forever. It's your decision, alone.

To be a blessing to others you must discover those qualities in others that bless you and then by the power of the Holy Spirit … do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Humility is often thought of as a physical feature or posture. It is that appearance of someone with a poor sense of self-worth. Genuine humility is the life of God by the Holy Spirit having unhindered control of the mind, will, and emotions.

Jesus said, “We are to love one another, as I have loved you.” This love may or may not have loving feelings with it. You see, this is agape love (God's love). Knowing your true identity in Christ is the key to renewing your mind and healing damaged emotions which lead to healing broken relationships.

Under God's complete sovereignty He gives man a will to make choices. We can wisely say yes to Him or unwisely say no. When we say yes to Him, He comforts us in our sorrows, renews our minds, and heals our emotions.

Choosing to walk by faith (trust) in God is the key to not being deceived by fear.

Depression sets in when we live our lives without listening and abiding in Christ. God will deliver you from depression as you turn your thoughts once more to Him and his perfect plan for your life.

Worrying is like rocking in a rocking chair, you don’t get anywhere. Listen, and your worries will begin to drift away.

God is King, Master, and Lord, for sure. And at the same time we see in Scripture Jesus said, “Our Father in heaven …” My friend, sometimes intimacy with God escapes us because we simply have a wrong view of our Father in heaven.

Whether you are about to graduate high school, college, or making a lifelong decision about marriage or ministry, this message is for you. Listen carefully, take a walk, and take notes.
