The 'Chatting in the City' podcast is an initiative by the V-TRaC (Vulnerability, Trauma, Resilience, and Culture) Laboratory at the University of Ottawa to explore mental health in the Black community. The podcast is part of the larger BeCoMHeal Project, which is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Elle est actuellement doctorante dans le programme de Counselling, psychothérapie et spiritualité de l'Université Saint-Paul. Elle est professeure contractuelle et superviseure clinicienne dans le domaine des sciences humaines de cette même université. Visionnaire de l'éducation et engagée culturellement auprès des communautés noires d'Ottawa, elle occupe une place parmi le comité de diversité du Centre LeCAP. Elle est également directrice pour la santé mentale et le bien-être des femmes avec l'organisme Canadien Women of Color Network. Finalement, elle fait partie du comité Ottawa Black Mental Health Coalition.    Christian Hirwa Membre de la communauté afro-canadienne. Étudiant en 4ieme année en science de la santé (spécialisation en santé publique et santé des population) avec une mineur en science de la vie.
