Simple Fuels vs. Complex Fuels- Here is the difference You know that if you put diesel fuel into a gasoline engine, the engine will not function effectively or efficiently because the wrong fuel was used. The same is true for your body. When you put the right fuel in your body it will function better and it can repair, and heal from the inside out. Complex fuels will help your “engine” to run smoothly, decrease wear and tear on the organs and systems, decrease pain and inflammation and begin to reverse diseases, even type 2 diabetes. Time is a finite measure and therefore there is no such thing as “Time Management” because you cannot add or subtract time, therefore it cannot be “managed”! What you can do is “Manage” your ACTIVITIES as to how you use the time you do have. Planning out blocks of time AND ensuring that it is uninterrupted time without DISTRACTIONS is one way to improve PRODUCTIVITY! In a previous episode I shared how celebrating the small wins gives you momentum and leads to greater success, faster! Having a Great Big Goal is essential and helps to light the fire under you to motivate you towards taking action. The thing is that if the Great Big Goal is not truly something that you desire then that will be your first road block. Taking time to dig deep and to know what it is that you truly want is the first step to achieving the goal that you are striving for.
