I found this one from Damon West (@damonwest7), the co-author of the wonderful & powerful book, “The Coffee Bean.” (it's one you should make sure to check out).  Most people let the day decide how they show up. The difference is choosing it before anything else does. That's where consistency and real leadership start.”  This was a reminder for me to try and make the right choice, at the start of my day - each and every day! The post shared was this: “Start your day with one question:  how am I going to show up today?  For myself and for others. Because your attitude, your effort, and your presence will shape every room you walk into.”  A question I need to ask myself, and looking back is a bit easier since things have already happened - Is on my “good” days, why were they good?  Also on my “bad” days, why were they bad?  I am betting that the start to each of those days had something to do with it. I am thinking that if each of us made a bit more of a conscious effort to start our days out thinking about how do we want to show up today?  This goes for the person looking back at ourselves in the mirror, to all the different people that we come into contact with every day - especially our loved ones.  Awesome reminder by an awesome difference maker.
