This show has completely changed my perspective on the Haute, a place I had never visited nor had any desire to visit before. The hosts, Branson, Andrew, and Charles, are incredibly talented and hilarious individuals who create new and absurd characters in each episode, ensuring that every installment is fresh and entertaining.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the sheer talent of the hosts. Their comedic timing and delivery are impeccable, making every joke land perfectly. The episodes are filled with funny jokes, random in-jokes that call back to previous episodes, and even musical numbers and poetry from Charles. The variety within each episode keeps things interesting and ensures that there is never a dull moment.
Another great aspect of this podcast is its creativity. The concept of a foundation that recovers failed podcasts is not only hilarious but also provides a clever critique of the oversaturation in podcasting today. Each episode offers something unique and different, avoiding the common pitfall of sounding like just another two white guys talking to each other.
However, as much as I adore this podcast, it does have its flaws. The recurring characters and jokes can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming if you're not familiar with previous episodes. While this may not be an issue for dedicated fans who have listened to all the episodes chronologically, newcomers may find themselves feeling left out or confused at times.
