But the majority of human connection actually happens in our mind. It's the way we think about ourselves and other people. It might decrease your time in the short term, but in the longterm, it will increase your time in so many ways.
Is it more expensive to eat nutrient dense foods or conventional foods? Do you save more time by taking care of yourself or making your day super efficient? Does your social life suffer when you start creating lifestyle changes?
These two ideas might not seem totally related at all, but we're calling our podcast pasture raised versus pasteurized because we want to explore whether we should focus on avoiding germs or on giving the body the things that it needs to be strengthened.
We talked about the five tips to the five tips in summary are number one, drink water in between meals. Habit number two, sitting down and chewing your food 20 to 30 times, really having an experience with your food habit. Number three, nutrition, start incorporating some more fats and proteins into your food. And we recommend starting with grass fed butter habit.Number four is balancing your blood sugar, which we can also call balancing your hormones. Really, really important to bring down those insulin levels and the way that we recommend You do that. By starting your day with more fats and more proteins. And then tip number five is to practice mindfulness by slowing down when you eat, which is very similar to digestion tip, but taking time to breathe and pray and practice gratitude.

Sugar cravings aren't just a matter of willpower. If you have a lot of sugar cravings throughout your day, it doesn't mean anything negative about you. You have plenty of willpower. So if this is the case that you don't need any more willpower, what do you need?
