A series of deep dialogues with women entrepreneurs and creatives, who, at some point in their life, were called to play a different game in what they were creating in the world. Women who are willing to share their Leap of Faith. And reveal how this inner choice has impacted their business and life…
In this guided meditation we will connect with the Great Mother Frequency. There is a longing of being carried, being held by the great mother, opening your heart, expanding love, creating a ripple. I am because we are, Ubuntu (African) You're part of something way bigger.
The Egyptians, Mayans, Kanuhas and others ancient cultures knew that the pineal gland (third eye) was of great importance to humans. It connects the physical and spiritual world. It can help humanity achieve its full potential. Philosopher Descartes called it the Seat of the Soul. While the physical eyes perceive the physical world, the third eye sees the true world — a unified whole with an unyielding connection to God, the Universe. Through our 2 eyes we see duality in the 3rd dimension. The first eye unifies. The illusion of separation dissolves when we learn to activate the pineal gland. The paradox is that it is inside the brain, but outside the mind. When we can contain this paradox, freedom is achieved. Practice this 15 minutes Pranayama(the science of breathing in Sanskrit) regularly to purify your nervous system and to balance the flow of life (prana, chi, ki) in your body. Activating your third eye in the evening helps you calming the mind and activating the sleeping hormone melatonin. It will also help you to enhance your intuition (inner-tuition) and have more clarity on what it is you want.
Guided meditation to honour your Female Lineage
In today's podcast I meet with Selma Haring, soulseer and messenger of the divine. I met Selma a couple of years ago when we both attended a spiritual training and a lot has happened since then. Selma channels messages of Maria Magdalena and other members of the Rose lineage. The messages are about health, love, sex and money, because they feel it is now the time to bring these topics back into a more natural vibration. Selma has been asked to be an instrument of peace and to unapologetically be a vessel of the divine. Whether or not you believe in channeling, don't miss this conversation. You'll learn: *What is needed from women now more than ever. *What to do with your spirituality when your family doesn't really get it. *What helps you to become more resilient, especially in frantic times. *How your inner masculinity will serve you in sharing your gifts with the world. *Why you don't have to help men that are mis-using their power, and what you can do instead. And so much more.. Put your earplugs in, find a quiet space and let yourself be inspired, supported and empowered to step into your most unlimited self. In today's podcast I have the pleasure to introduce you to Life & Leadership coach Olga Romanillos. Olga is living with her husband in the Netherlands and working internationally on exciting projects. I've met Olga in the first weekend of our coach training back in 2006 and we became close friends since then. Olga is co-founder of the Moving Your Soul Project - a different way to be with Alzheimer (www.movingyoursoul.com). In the Rewild women Retreat and her life coaching she empowers professional women to reclaim and remember who they really are and bring that true nature back into their work and life (www.olgaromanillos.com). Listen to this valuable podcast and learn: *How Olga loves being on her own stage and how it is possible for all of us to create one. *How many women (and men) put themselves in a cage without realizing it, and what you can do about it once you know. *What we often restrict in ourselves (unconsciously) when we have to deal with dementia of loved ones. *What the true meaning is of being a wild woman (and it is not what you think it is). *Olga's perspective on being unlimited and how you can see it differently. *What her singing teacher asked her to do when she was disclosing a very vulnerable live event. And so much more! Put your earplugs in, find a quiet space and let yourself be inspired, supported and empowered to step into your most unlimited self. Listen and enjoy! (Take your time..)
In this podcast I had the pleasure of meeting with Anxhela Bruci, a young and bright Albanian woman with a passion for social change and justice and a world free of human trafficking. With a Master of Arts in Global Crime and Justice at York University, UK. she is currently working on her social enterprise plan named "empowerFULL" with the vision to make every survivor of human trafficking financially independent by building an inspiring future for their lives. In this podcast we talk about living and working for a good cause in Albania, her growing up in Greece as an immigrant, and her living and studying in the UK as well as the Netherlands. Listen to this podcast with Anxhela Bruci and learn: *what nobody ever tells you about Albania *what her definition is of women empowerment *how she is truly living her values, and not only talks about it *why she chose a career in Albania instead of having all the opportunities for a well paid career in the UK *What she means when she is saying "You have to step out of the woods sometimes" and how that is relevant for all of us. This Leap of Faith podcast is to inspire you, empower you, become still and ask yourself: Am I still on the right path? Is there a different way that I don't see yet? I am excited to have my Co-Active coaching colleague Tina de Meeus as a guest on today's episode. Tina is a master coach and facilitator who takes a stand for living life from the core and leading from the heart. Born in Germany, she worked in London, Paris and Milan and now lives in Brussels with her husband, three kids and a dog. Her first leap of faith was seventeen years ago when she quit her corporate job to follow her heart and start her own business. Another major leap was her decision to run for European Parliament in 2019, spurred by her own experience of leading a pan-European life and the belief that it will continue to bring great benefits for future generations. * What made her decide to do this without having any political experience? * What are the best people you surround yourself with when following your heart? * Why losing your mind can be really deliberating! * What Tina means with an internal YES. * How the common belief that you 'have to succeed' can stop you from taking that first step. * What it feels like when you are on the right path (Tina's personal advice). The Leap of Faith podcast is to inspire you, empower you, become still and ask yourself: Am I still on the right path? Is there a different way that I don't see yet? I trust that this episode will support you in finding your own answers. Please do share your insights, thoughts or remarks with me on www.instagram.com/mariannehermsencom/ Take care! Marianne
On today's podcast I have a very special guest. A woman who discovered as a child that the earth wasn’t a safe place for a little girl with a heart that was bigger than her body. A child who could see more than most people do. A child who became an expert in being someone else, because she wanted to fit in and belong. But after 30 years of hiding, she took her first leap of faith. Step by step she reclaimed the voice of the girl she once was before the world told her who to be. With her company Once Upon a Soul she now helps women entrepreneurs through soul stories, - journeys and - symbols to connect with who they really are and what they have to do. I can wholeheartedly say that Sylvia is using her special gift to make the world a better place, and this is what we also want for you! Listen to her (soul-) story and learn: * Why she became an expert in being someone else for a very long time. * The one thing you have to do if you want to live the life you are longing for. * Why the birth of her daughter made her wake up and gave her the courage to walk her own path. * What magical words she heard while she was on a mountain, surrounded by huge crystals. And so much more! The Leap of Faith podcast is to inspire you, empower you, become still and ask yourself: Am I still on the right path? Is there a different way that I don't see yet? I trust that this episode will help you find your own answers. Please do share your insights, thoughts or remarks with me on https://www.instagram.com/mariannehermsencom/ Stay healthy! Marianne

On today's episode I am with Brigitte van Tuijl . Brigitte is a writer, teacher, master coach and Divine Selfishness advocate. She works with women entrepreneurs to do business and life their way, without compromising, sacrificing or changing who they are. Brigitte is an example of someone who has taken more than once a leap of faith in her life. She honors her intuition and is a big advocate for stillness. In this episode she shares what it truly means to express your soul, even if you don't resonate with the word soul. You'll also learn: *what made her shut down her intuition as a child and why she only started using it again when she was trained as a coach. *how you can practice to trust your intuition (a free mini training), a must if you believe you are not gifted with strong intuitive skills. *why being bored can contribute to your spiritual awakening. *why we all have time to connect inwards, and it is easier than you think. *what she means by divine selfishness (and it's not what you think). I had so much fun when I had the call with Creative Leadership Coach and Poetry Blogger Sam Allen! Originally from the UK, Sam has been living near to Basel in Switzerland for the past eleven years with her partner, three kitties and two bunnies and loves jogging, blogging, writing poetry and creative movement. A former Modern Languages teacher of eighteen years, she has worked in a variety of different secondary schools both locally and internationally. Her career path took a welcomed unexpected twist when she discovered the world of co-active coaching and experienced what truly made her feel alive and thriving. In her work as a creative leadership coach she now intuitively guides passionate souls towards their full expression and liberation. Listen to this creative and joyful call and learn: * Why her voice slows down when she is speaking about Switzerland. *Why she got a standing ovation when she recited a poem during her coach training. *Why we all need a peacock in our life. *The ONE thing that brings her closer to being 100% herself. *Why showing up in the world doesn't mean you need to be flamboyant and loud. *The one thing that she didn't dare to do, but at the end of the podcast accepted as a challenge (I am excited!) And so much more! If you like this episode, please share it with others. Together we can inspire more women to listen to the signs and create a ripple of positive change in the world. The Silence Experience- Will you cross that bridge and step into the land of possibilities?
I am so thrilled to introduce Jo Boniszewski, transformational coach and facilitator. Originally from the UK, Jo lives in The Netherlands with her husband René and their three children. She started out her working life - in her own words - as an “insecure high performer” management trainee with a large multinational corporation. After nearly 15 years of career in commercial management roles, something in her said it was time to stop, step back, kick off her shoes and take a break to reflect on what it was that she was really meant to be doing with her work. Although she didn’t know at the time what that was, she did know for sure that where she was at, was just not it anymore. Jo and I had an exciting dialogue, full of inspiration, insights and joy. Listen and learn: * How it was possible that the fact of being a successful corporate director didn't take away her feeling of insecurity. * How she knew she had to cut a cord, without having a clue what to do next. * What the big question was when she resigned and threw her business cards in the bin, while having a panic wave. * How important it is to get away from a working environment and system that keeps the status quo. * Why the signs of a restricted or bored soul can take many forms (and it is often not what you think). * How to know if the sign to take a leap of faith is not just a whim? And so much more! I hope you'll be excited and inspired to look at your own life and start to see the whispering signs for your own leap of faith with much more clarity.
