With their relaxed and genuine conversations about movies, TV, and all things entertainment, Kent, Brian, and Richard provide great pop culture commentary with lots of laughs along the way. They have excellent chemistry and each bring their own unique style to the show. One of my favorite aspects of the podcast is their chilled out movie chat that feels like hanging out with a group of friends. They also delve into other relaxed topics, creating a well-rounded listening experience. Another highlight is when Batman Shane joins them as a guest; his perspective adds another layer of insight to the conversations.
One thing I appreciate about this podcast is that it doesn't take itself too seriously. The hosts have great insight without being pretentious or thinking they are better than their listeners. They offer thoughtful debates on movies and TV shows while maintaining a level of respect for differing opinions. Their reviews may be subjective, but that's what makes the show enjoyable – hearing passionate people discuss their love for movies and the industry.
While there are many positives to this podcast, I can understand some criticisms that have been raised. Some listeners feel that the hosts don't have good rapport, but I would argue otherwise. Their longstanding friendship shines through in every conversation they have, making it an enjoyable listen.
