Robbie Maddison has quite the story. Born and raised in south Sydney, Australia and has become a household name across the globe by raising the bar in what a person can do on a motorcycle. From FMX, and certain passion projects like jumping a football field, towers in Vegas and even riding a wave on his KTM 450. All of these amazing feats can come with a price. Many injuries, time away from family and lots of failure. On this episode Robbie talks about his own depression and how he wants to help educate the community on depression and mental health. I personally want to Thank Rob for his transparency and honesty to help others.

In episode #19 I sit down with Maxima Racing Oil's Trevor Reis after a great Mountain Bike ride on our Intense Cycles. He returned to a traditional school and was a normal kid working, playing team sports and enjoying life until he got the bug again and made a return to racing on his own terms. He was a consistent Main Event guy in the lites class before a practice track incident ended his career in Supercross. With all those years racing behind him Trevor has a wealth of knowledge on and off the track so I suggest you take notes.

Well I'm taking a break now and it's time re-charge the batteries, but until then enjoy a podcast with me and my partner Chad Tempo catching up on all things two wheels.
There are a lot of people who want to make a living in America in the motorcycle industry, but there are not that many who are willing sacrifice it all and move across the world to chase their dreams. David O'connor is one of those guy's who rolled the dice moving away from his home country in Ireland to chase his dreams. David has a really great story starting from a vacation to California from his home country in Ireland to riding local tracks and watching Supercross that turned into a career most mechanics would dream of. I've been friends with Blake and his family for a long time and I have to say it was a pleasure to stop by his house in St. George Utah to catch up with him. We got to do some bench racing, but most of all I wanted him to tell his story. It really is something special, being able to hear how he started racing and the path he took is inspiring. Everything was on the right track after he stepped away from racing becoming one of the best trainers in the Motocross industry, winning triathlons and bike races, then taking Chase Sexton and Ken Roczen to championships when one mistake play riding with Ken on a Supercross track changed it all. This crash lead him to become paralyzed from the waist down! With so much uncertainty of how he would adapt to his new normal, listen in to hear how Blake is training hard to live his best life doing what he loves so much.
