A fascinating final round of Monster Energy Supercross took Salt Lake City by storm on Saturday night, as Ken Roczen clinched a maiden 450SX crown and Cole Davies defeated Haiden Deegan on his way to the 250SX East/West Showdown victory. MotoOnline's Alex Gobert and Nic Still review all that happened in our Recap podcast.
Roczen did it! He's on to talk about getting the monkey off his back and the fight it was to get it done. Cade Clason is calling it a career and he is not sad about it. Filthy is on to talk about the craziness we saw at the finale. Dustin Pipes is here to say we came, we saw, we kicked their butts. We've got Yamaha's Mike Ulrich, JT$ and Darrrrrrrrrk in studio for show 666. SCARY!!
Monster Energy Supercross 2026 went down to the wire in Utah on Saturday night, but the action ended up being far wider than the 450SX title fight alone. Ken Roczen, Jorge Prado, Chase Sexton, Justin Cooper, Cole Davies, Levi Kitchen, Max Anstie and HEP's Dustin Pipes spoke post-race in this Weekend interview podcast.
This is the audio from our FMF Racing Checking in with Larry Brooks, posted on swapmotolive.com Earlier this year, HEP Suzuki Team Manager Larry Brooks was diagnosed with colon cancer and was forced to step away from racing. Still, we saw Ken Roczen on FaceTime with LB after each of his race wins, and it was obvious that, though the team leader was not on hand, he was still very much a part of the effort. We were pleased to see Larry in Salt Lake City yesterday, and overjoyed when he shared the news that he was 100% cancer free after three months of treatment. He still has more chemotherapy on the horizon to shrink the tumor before it can be removed, but the fact remains that he is healthy!
Presented by Maxxis We've said multiple times this season that the previous weekend's race was "the best of the year!", but there is no denying that the season finale inside Rice-Eccles Stadium was the absolute barn burner! The electricity inside the stadium was unreal, and the sold-out crowd was treated to two amazing main events. Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few days, you already know that Ken Roczen and the HEP Suzuki team pulled off the first 450 SX Championship for Suzuki since 2010, and that Cole Davies earned a hard-fought win in the Dave Coombs Sr., 250 East vs. West Shootout. We chat about all of that and more on this week's Kickstart Podcast by Maxxis!

Presented by Maxxis Let's be real here...did we have our first snoozer of a race in 2026? Sure, in comparison to the edge-of-your-seat races of the parst few weekends, the runaway performances turned in by Haiden Deegan in the 250 Western Division main and Hunter Lawrence in the 450 main on Empower Field inside Mile High Stadium in Denver, Colorado, were quite boring. Still, the stage is set for two great races this weekend in Salt Lake City, where the 450 title will come down to a winner-take-all affair between Ken Roczen and Hunter Lawrence, and Haiden Deegan will try to destroy the competition in what will be his last 250 Supercross. Who do you have?
Ricky Carmichael and Ryan Villopoto sit down to take a look at Mile High this past weekend, including Hunter Lawrence taking back momentum, Ken Roczen knowing what he had, Jorge Prado at it again, a rule that needs changing, Eli Tomac is back, Dylan Ferrandis hits two guys in two turns, Haiden Deegan stacking records and dollars, and how each rider in the 450 title race should handle it in Salt Lake. It's the Leatt LVK: More Than Moto show where Start Your Systems' Kellen Brauer and Vital MX's Lewis Phillips debate current SX/MX/MXGP topics as well as general life itself. In this episode, we hand out end-of-season grades to some of the biggest names in the sport. Who passed, who barely survived, and who completely flunked? We also dive into one of the most interesting questions in the paddock right now: what does Star Yamaha do with Cole Davies after winning a title? Is he the future face of the team, or is there a bigger shakeup coming? And of course, we go deep on the Hunter Lawrence vs. Ken Roczen championship battle. Momentum swings, pressure, mistakes, and who we think ultimately has the edge with everything on the line. It's all brought to you by Leatt, Alpinestars, and Partzilla.
Cooper Webb was on the prowl for the W in a wild mudder at Philadelphia but Ken Roczen stayed strong andiron the battle this time. Leigh Diffey of the broadcast team is on to talk tv stuff with the boys. Phil Nicoletti is on and so are his swear words. Weege is in studio, GREAT SHOW!!

Ken Roczen owned Cleveland for Monster Energy AMA Supercross, with multiple events on Friday that didn't distract him from the racing task at hand. In fact, they probably enhanced it. Because everyone wants Ken Roczen to win right now--well, maybe everyone save Honda and Hunter Lawrence--but even his title rival would have to admit Ken is a good guy and this season has made for a great story. Jason Weigandt was actually with Ken at the Cleveland events on Friday and called the race for the fans on Saturday, and they went wild for the 94. Here's why. We've been trying to to talk to Christian Craig at the races but he is out of there like Grease Lightning, so we got him to come on the show and chop it up. Billy Hartle is on to talk about Suzuki's, kickstarters, Ken Roczen but not about possibly winning the SX title because LB aint having that. Matt Lemoine has been snapping photos and talking on the mic since he stopped racing and we got him on to talk about the transition from racing and what's been going down. Josh Ellingson comes on to talk about the VO2 test Matthes did this weekend. Phil Nicoletti is on per his contract and we talk about the good old days at Eleven 10 mods. Taylor Muto is back in studio due to popular demand from our listeners. Great show!!
Presented by Maxxis The final Triple Crown of the series went down in Cleveland, Ohio, last weekend, and the 450 championship was literally blown wide open. With only three rounds left, we have the tightest premier class championship battle in the history of the sport, with Hunter Lawrence and Ken Roczen separated by only a single point. Tragically, Eli Tomac's championship hopes came to an end with a crash in the whoops during the first qualifying session, as he banged up his hip badly enough that he was unable to carry on. Our Editor at Large, Kellen Brauer, joins us on today's Kickstart Podcast to add extra insight to this week's show! Enjoy!
Presented by Maxxis Round 13 of the Monster Energy Supercross Championship in Nashville, Tennessee, saw the 450-class championship go from the tightest ever at this point of the season, with three racers within five points, to Hunter Lawrence enjoying 10- and 15-point leads over rivals Ken Roczen and Eli Tomac. The hard-packed dirt inside Nissan Stadium posed a problem for many racers, and while Lawrence rode to victory and sole possession of the series points lead, Roczen and Tomac both hit the ground and finished third and 12th, respectively. We cover all of this and more on this week's Maxxis Kickstart Podcast.

Presented by Maxxis Tires and Outhouse Coffee Co. Round 10 of the 2026 Monster Energy Supercross Championship visited Birmingham, Alabama, last weekend, and the action in both classes was spectacular! In the 250 class, we saw the first East vs. West Showdown of the year and were treated to some great racing as Haiden Deegan put on a riding clinic and came from 10th to first, passing all of the top riders from both coasts en route to the win. Or so we thought... Deegan was penalized by the AMA for clipping a track marker entering a split lane and was stripped of his win and docked to second. This gave his teammate Cole Davies the win, and we go over this extensively on the show. Hunter Lawrence was perfect in the 450 class and turned in a runaway performance over Ken Roczen and title rival Eli Tomac, who had one of the wildest nights in recent memory...
Ricky Carmichael and Ryan Villopoto are back from vacation to breakdown Birmingham.
