Fumbling, panicking, barely holding together, they witness the covenant ritual that shaped Israel's future before being hurled back into their church hallway. Locals who live near Hartstown Park say someone will be killed by a young person on a scrambler if something isn't done soon.Motorised vehicles are prohibited from the park and many other public parks in Dublin, however people say the law is not being enforced.
