We also discussed the news surrounding Tua and his number announcement and tied it in with a discussion on whether the throwback uniforms should become permanent.
Join George Templeton as he gives the Handle Your Business sendoff and talks about the fifth-year option deadline in the NFL.
The Miami Dolphins have finally gotten through the 2020 NFL Draft, and they are thrilled with the selection of Tua Tagovailoa at the number five spot in the draft. Join host Joshua Houtz and Kai'Chien Chisholm as they breakdown each selection made by the Dolphins during the 2020 NFL Draft.
In this episode of the Fantasy Force podcast, hosts Andrew, Corey, and Tommy have some fun by doing a 12-team Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft and breaking down their thoughts on the picks. Each person was randomly given a draft slot and will be drafting for different teams. The twist on this mock compared to others is what if you did hold the rookie draft before the startup draft. Does it change how you select guys when not targeting a team need or still go BPA? Head over to Twitter (@PFNDynasty) and let them know who you think were some of the best picks or who you value differently than where they were selected.
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I discuss the most annoying things that happened in this year's draft. For me, it's seeing talented players fall far too far to teams that already loaded. In 2020 that was CeeDee Lamb's frustrating fall to the Dallas Cowboys and Lucas Niang's infuriating drop to the Kansas City Chiefs.
In this episode of the Fantasy Force podcast, hosts Andrew, Corey, and Tommy discuss the dynasty impact through the first three rounds of the 2020 NFL Draft. While we are all focused on our favorite NFL teams, our dynasty leagues are impacted just as much. Here out hosts go over some of their key takeaways and attempt to rank the top five running backs with their landing spots.
It's draft weekend and Eric Wiedeke, Corey Ashburn, and I dive into the first round. The first round of the 2020 NFL Draft has come and gone. In what may be the most memorable Draft ever, we saw a multitude of drama and surprises throughout the night. Our hosts dive into the fun and give their thoughts on the selections and what they expect to see moving forward.
With the NFL draft just a day away, the Miami Dolphins are in desperate need of a quarterback. Corey Ashburn joined Houtz and me as we took three different routes for a quarterback in the first round. Corey took Tua Tagovailoa, Houtz taking Jordan Love, and I took Justin Herbert. Listen in for our full first-round drafts and who we got for our QBs. Draft here! -> https://www.profootballnetwork.com/mockdraft/
In this pre-draft episode of Fantasy Force, the hosts discuss who could lose fantasy value after the 2020 NFL Draft. The rookie quarterbacks landing spots could play a major role in which fantasy owners end up smiling, and which ones end up crying this weekend. Is your favorite running back destined to be a workhorse, or will his team draft a new stud and create the dreaded running back by committee?
Last week I wrote that the Washington Redskins should pass on drafting Chase Young and trade down from the second spot in the 2020 NFL Draft. Adam Aniba of the Burgundy and Gold Report disagreed with me on that view, and we debated those points plus other things about the state of the Redskins.
The 2020 NFL Draft is only a couple of days away, so the Against the Spread podcast decided to break down an in-depth mock draft with some player prop analysis. Host Ryan Gosling is joined by Handle Your Business host George Templeton and senior gambling writer for PFN, Chris Smith. The three of them take the time to break down the brand new PFN Mock Draft Simulator and use it to get an idea of what draft night could look like. They also add some props based on where some prospects fell. Also, make sure to follow our hosts on Twitter @rygosling, @temptherat, and @ChrisSmithPFN. If you are looking for more betting advice or a consensus of all of our plays, make sure to follow @PFNBets as well.
With the 2020 NFL Draft just six days away, our hosts Eric Wiedeke and Kai'Chien Chisholm are joined by PFN writer Zachary Knerr and breakdown the latest first-round mock draft from Brad Kelly. Our hosts also dive into the rumors that surfaced surrounding a possible Odell Beckham Jr. trade and whether trading OBJ out of Cleveland would be a good idea.
This week Josh Houtz and Kai'Chien Chisholm go through the pro-day of Tua Tagovailoa and dive into whether the Justin Herbert news is just smoke. Tua provided a great pro-day (shoutout to his PR team), and the news surrounding Herbert has been deemed smoke since it started, but is it?
In this episode of the Fantasy Force podcast, hosts Andrew, Corey, and Tommy discuss the latest puzzling move Bill O'Brien pulled off and discuss some of their favorite mid-round targets for you dynasty leagues drafts. Another round of "Keep, Trade, Cut" is played, and maybe the most obscure bet for the upcoming season is placed.
On this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I take a shot at Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert for complaining about the issues surrounding the draft due to COVID19. There's some good news in this week's show the pass interference replay rule is almost certain to expire. It's the end of a bad rule applied badly! Now if only the same thing could happen to the tuck rule.
This week marks the return of the new and improved Against the Spread podcast for Pro Football Network. After a couple of weeks off after the demise of the XFL, host Ryan Gosling is joined by Handle Your Business host George Templeton and senior gambling writer for PFN, Chris Smith. The three of them take the time to break down a number of popular props regarding the 2020 NFL Draft and give their insight into some plays that they are on. Also, make sure to follow our hosts on Twitter @rygosling, @temptherat, and @ChrisSmithPFN. If you are looking for more betting advice or a consensus of all of our plays, make sure to follow @PFNBets as well.
This week Corey Ashburn, Eric Wiedeke, and Kai'Chien Chisholm discuss the latest on the Houston Texans trade for Brandin Cooks and the Tom Brady comments on Howard Sterns show. The Houston Texans are coming off of a great season from Deshaun Watson and now Bill O'Brien has torn down his team. O'Brien has sent away multiple picks and traded away his top wide receiver in Deandre Hopkins and has now acquired Cooks in exchange for a second-round pick.
The Miami Dolphins are going into the 2020 NFL Draft with many needs to fill on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. The team filled most of their needs during the first-wave of free-agency by acquiring Shaq Lawson, Kyle Van Noy, Erick Flowers, and Ted Karras. However, the team still has needs at offensive line, secondary, and quarterback. Join Joshua Houtz and Kai'Chien Chisholm as they discuss all of this on their latest Dolphins podcast. Catch last week's episode here.
Join Andrew, Tommy, and Corey on the Fantasy Force this week as they play some fun games to finish out their discussion on the NFL free agency period and the impact on dynasty fantasy football. From "this or that," to "keep, trade cut," our guys put a fun twist on their advice on how to react to the news throughout the league.
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I discuss the comments made by ESPN analyst and former NFL head coach Rex Ryan. Ryan criticized the contract the Dallas Cowboys signed with Amari Cooper and called Cooper the "biggest disappearing act" in the NFL and a "turd," the latter causing significant blowback in Ryan's direction. Some of the game's best corners disputed Ryan's criticisms of Cooper. I will dive inside his career since joining the Cowboys and examine whether Ryan has a point or not.
This week join hosts Kai'Chien Chisholm and Eric Wiedeke as they discuss the latest news on the Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. situation in Tampa Bay. The two also discuss which free-agent deals could be voided if never signed due to COVID-19.

We also discuss the quarterback situation and discuss the multiple options that the team has at its disposal. So check-in for the first-ever dedicated team podcast on the Pro Football Network.
Welcome to the launch of the Fantasy Force Podcast. A dynasty focused podcast lead by hosts Andrew Thomas, Corey Ashburn, and Tommy Garrett. In this week's episode, the trio dive into the first of our two-part series covering some of the significant signings and movements during the NFL free agency period.
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I examine Pro Football Network writer Ben Rolfe's excellent piece on the AFC East, and I explain why the Miami Dolphins winning the division might is the best value. Could the Dolphins go from worst to first? I also take a look at the NFL's decision not to move the draft and why the show must go on. The NFL Draft is one of the few sports events in the world that doesn't need fans in attendance. It doesn't even need the draftees in attendance. It is one of the great television shows in the world, and that's all the fans need, that show.
This week on the Any Given Friday podcast Corey Ashburn, Eric Wiedeke, and I dive into the PFN mock draft simulator and go through our very own full first-round simulated draft. While all simulators can provide surprises, our fully simulated first-round draft provided some stone-cold stunner that left Corey, Eric, and I on the edge of our seats.
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I take a look at NFL teams' salary cap room after the initial wave of signings and the remaining free agents that could make an impact next season.
This week join Corey Ashburn and me as we discuss our winners and losers of the first wave of NFL free agency. There were a lot of teams that made some critical moves this past week that helped their team's future. While some teams decided to make the biggest mistakes they possibly could. Keep track of each free agency move this week by clicking here.
This week co-host of the Any Given Friday Podcast Eric Wiedeke and host of the Handle Your Business Podcast George Templeton fill in for Eric Chiofalo and Zach Wolchuk on the Nosebleed Seats! Day two of free agency was the day of the quarterbacks as Cam Newton was allowed to facilitate a trade, Philip Rivers joined the Indianapolis Colts, and Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. has agreed in principle to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. You can continue to follow our free-agent tracker by clicking here.
On a special edition podcast George Tempelton of the Handle Your Business podcast and Podcast Network Director and host of the Any Given Friday podcast join forces to discuss the latest news in NFL free agency. Things started with a bang with the Arizona Cardinals trading for DeAndre Hopkins, Austin hooper signing a huge deal, and Jack Conklin joining him in Cleveland. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a social distancing podcast from an unlikely duo.
Handle Your Business this week will take on the NFL Players Association ratifying the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the disagreement in the union surrounding this new deal. Amid the vote, the NFLPA elected a new President who urged unity after a tight election.
After a week off from the show, our Any Given Friday trio, Kai'Chien, Eric, and Corey is back to discuss the latest news on COVID-19 (aka the coronavirus) and dive into the latest free agency news in the NFL. We're just a couple of days away from the start of the 2020 NFL year and which free agents could be making massive moves.
In this week's episode of the Nosebleed Seats, co-hots Eric Chiofalo and Zach Wolchuk discuss the latest news around the NFL and go through the compensatory picks that were handed our early Wednesday afternoon. Our hosts also play audio snippets from their interview with Dallas Cowboys start receiver, Amari Cooper, on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas.
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I look at the upcoming vote for the NFL Players Association and the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement. The latest on that and some opposition from both owners and key players. Could the NFLPA, the NFL, and its players finally come to an agreement on a new CBA with the upcoming vote?
In this week's episode of the Nosebleed Seats, hosts Eric Chiofalo and Zach Wolchuk break down their winners and losers from this year's NFL scouting combine and ask why this year's wide receiver class could be one of the best in recent memory. Could we see multiple first-round wideouts? Plus, we have our first trade of the offseason with A.J Bouye to the Denver Broncos.
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I take a look at the latest vote on the Collective Bargaining Agreement by the 32 player representatives of the NFL Players Association. After that vote, I break down the next stage in the ratification process of the CBA and some key details that emerged about the proposal this week.
The Against the Spread podcast returns with host Ryan Gosling and special guest George Templeton, from PFN's Handle your Business podcast. After another successful betting week going 3-0, Ryan and George break down what they learned from Week 3 and how they will apply that to their upcoming picks. For their Week 4 best bets, the guys take a look at some home underdogs and expect to see more and more points scored. The under was 2-2 last week but is still sitting at 8-4 on the season. With low totals such as 38 and 39 this week, could we finally see the overs with a strong bounce-back? The Pro Football Network betting crew currently sits at 24-8 for +15 units on the season.
This week on the Any Given Friday podcast Corey Ashburn, Eric Wiedeke, and I talk about smokescreen season at the NFL combine, the possibility of the Washington Redskins looking at quarterback at #2, and Philip Rivers as the new potential quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts. Come to our NFL Draft party in Las Vegas! All information can be found through this link: https://www.profootballnetwork.com/live-draft-show-party-las-vegas-strip-2020-nfl-draft-pfn/.
This week on the Nosebleed Seats podcast, Eric Chiofalo and Zach Wolchuk dive into the upcoming NFL Draft Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Players haven't worked out just yet, but rumors are flying as they always do this time of the year. The players have yet to do drills on the field, but the rumor mill is already swirling.
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I dive headlong into the NFL owners' proposal for a new Collective Bargaining Agreement to the NFL Players Association. I take a look at the main points of the offer via the NFLPA's fact sheet that was disseminated this week.
The Against the Spread podcast is back discussing XFL Week 3 and breaking down all of the action from the prior weekend. In this episode, host Ryan Gosling welcomes special guest George Templeton from the Handle you Business podcast, to share all of his XFL knowledge and some of his best bets. They break down each game from last week, including the absolute awful performance from the New York Guardians and another impressive D.C. Defenders victory. They also look at this weekend, giving you the betting odds for each matchup and some of the plays that they like.
This week our Any Given Friday trio is back with their take on the newly proposed NFL collective bargaining agreement that has been sent to the NFLPA for approval. All three of our hosts have varying opinions, but Corey has a strong stance against a 7th seed playoff team, while Kai'Chien and Eric agree that a six-game wild card weekend would be awesome.
On this week's Handle Your Business, I look at this piece on who fits best with who during NFL free agency and pick out my favorite matches made. As well as diving into the continuous allegations from Myles Garrett to Mason Rudolph about Rudolph, the Steelers quarterback is continuing to deny the allegations.
The first week of the inaugural XFL season has come and gone, and the Against the Spread hosts are ready to turn the page on Week 1. We witnessed some surprising results in the first four games, with some teams rising to the occasion while others crumbled under the pressure of it all. Ryan was once again disappointed by a Dallas team, while Jason enjoyed a New York Guardian victory, both for in his bank account and person. Taking a look at XFL's Week 2 betting odds, the gentlemen give their best bets and a preview of their DFS lineups.
This week on the Any Given Friday Podcast Corey Ashburn, Erik Wiedeke, and I dive into the latest NFL news. This week we touched on Taysom Hill's comments, the first weekend of the XFL, and if Joe Burrow could pull an Eli Manning/John Elway.
In this week’s episode of PFN’s NFL Draft Insiders, Tony Pauline and Andy Herman discuss an interesting bit of news regarding Jerry Jones’ plans for the Cowboys’ draft. Are they looking to make a move up in the first round and if so, who could they be targeting? And beyond the draft, what are the Cowboys looking to do in free agency? Tony gives us the latest on what he’s hearing out of Dallas. The duo also talks about Mel Tucker and whether he was the right pick for Michigan State University. Was this all handled the right way? And where do the Colorado Buffaloes go from here? And more importantly, what’s in store for the Spartans and Tucker with possible violations coming down from the NCAA? Tony and Andy give their thoughts on everything that went down over the past few days. Turning towards the 2020 NFL Draft, Tony breaks down some prospects from the Big 12, including TCU defensive tackle Ross Blacklock. He also reveals who he believes is the most overrated Big 12 prospect headed into April. Andy also gives his thoughts on several prospects who many are hyping up in the media rounds. Finally, the pair talks a little free agency and how the NFL Draft affects the market. They also get into specifics, including what they think New York Jets should do with WR Robby Anderson, especially considering that there is a strong wide receiver class. Be sure to tune in this week for an all-new episode of PFN’s NFL Draft Insiders with Tony Pauline and Andy Herman for all of this, plus a few random thoughts regarding the PFN Draft Party in Las Vegas and…the Westminster Dog Show. You won't want to miss it!
This week hosts Eric Chiofalo and Zach Wolchuk take a look at where Tom Brady and Philip Rivers could potentially end up during free agency. The Philip Rivers era in Los Angeles officially ended, could Brady be the next man up in L.A? Tayson Hill wants to be a starting quarterback and it looks to be his ultimate goal. Rumors are swirling about the New Orleans Saints being interested in Hill as their future starter. Drew Brees has yet to confirm if he will be returning this season, but the Saints have no quarterbacks on their roster at the moment. Will Hill get his chance to shine? Or could this be his potential downfall? Eric and Zach round off the podcast by diving into the potential 17-game regular season. Will the NFLPA and the NFL come to an agreement, and if so, how far down the line could this be implemented?
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I will discuss speculation from ESPN that the San Francisco 49ers are entertaining signing Tom Brady and getting rid of Jimmy Garoppolo. There is a window for San Francisco to shed Garoppolo without salary-cap severe consequences. We will also discuss an extension in Los Angeles for Anthony Lynn and what that might say about the Chargers' direction with the quarterback. The 49ers are restructuring Kwon Alexander's contract to gain more salary cap room, Eric Weddle's retirement from the Los Angeles Rams, and the cap ramifications of that and a ranking of the best free agents available. Both Tony Pauline and Benjamin Allbright have reported extensively on ProFootballNetwork.com on potential destinations for Brady. But does the last 10 minutes of Super Bowl LIV justify the 49ers cutting ties with Garoppolo to try and sign the six-time Super Bowl winner? And could Garoppolo make a sensational return to New England as a result?
As soon as the Super Bowl came to an end, Pro Football Network and the trusty betting crew turned their attention to the inaugural season of the XFL. Against the Spread co-hosts, Ryan Gosling and Jason Sarney returned to record an action-packed episode breaking down each of the four XFL matchups and even threw out their DFS lineups for the week. With a limited slate in Week 1, they were still able to find some best bets for the show. With a light betting card, the guys took the opportunity to break down the next big betting event this weekend, the 92nd Academy Awards! For the first time in nearly 20 years, the XFL will once again take its rightful place on our televisions. With Vince McMahon guarantying us that he has a three-year plan, at least, we can embrace the league without the fear of being put through another AAF fiasco. Ryan made it clear that he has the most confidence in the Dallas Renegades this weekend. With an experienced winner at the helm in Bob Stoops and the "godfather of the air-raid" Hal Mumme calling the plays, the Renegades have set themselves up for success. Jason, on the other hand, finds being a Dolphin fan stressful enough, so he will watch and enjoy the XFL. The duo agrees that the Tampa Bay Vipers have the best uniforms in the league, but they cannot come to terms on the Wildcats team name. Then, when the first week's games were broken down, the guys decided to hand out some of their favorite Oscar bets. Yes, you can bet on the Oscars. With some inside information coming from Ryan, the hosts decided that the Joker could shock the world and upset 1917 come this Sunday. They disagree on the Irishman, but that doesn't stop Jason from sharing some of his famous random facts. If you like Joe Pesci, then you will love this episode. It might not be the NFL, but the Academy Awards will bring the heat!
This week the Any Given Friday trio is finally back together, and we go through multiple possibilities for NFL Free agency. Could Tom Brady be out? His Hulu ad was a huge let down from a tease post on last Friday. It seems like Brady could be on his way out in New England, but could he stay? We also play quarterback matchmaking, and list who we think are perfect fits for each other. Cam Newton and the Chicago Bears? Alex Smith, to return?
In this week's episode of Handle Your Business, I take a look at Richard Sherman's comments on the negotiations on the new Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NFL and the NFL Players Association. Sherman reacted to this report about the state of the talks. I also take a look at Antonio Brown's apology and what sort of discipline NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will hand out. There's also reports about when Goodell will meet with Cleveland Browns' defensive end Myles Garrett to talk with him before ruling on any further discipline. Plus, the Carolina Panthers fill out their coaching staff. Sherman also took aim the NFL over expanding the season to 17 games and questioned the league's commitment to player safety. Will the season be extended or will the NFLPA agree to a 17-game season after significant concessions? Comment below or tweet me @temptherat on Twitter.
