Revealing God's Heart With Denise J Goulet

Denise Goulet begins this new season of Revealing God's Heart, by sharing the essence to flow with heaven. In the book of Revelation, the word revelation means the unveiling of Jesus Christ. As kingdom people, we have entered into a a kingdom era and it's so important to not only walk by revelation, but live our daily lives in step with Holy Spirit. In Acts 4 and Acts 5, the Apostles were one in heart and mind by being Jesus' witnesses (Acts 4:32). The apostles received unrestrained boldness, which also means “freedom of speech.” There is a war on the freedom of speech in the world right now. Denise releases a call to unity in the body of Christ as we are moving into times of great encounter with Holy Spirit. 

In Philippians 4:7, it says, “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Denise Goulet shares what it looks like to have a Hebrew mind. The word Hebrew means “the one who crossed over.” When we adopt a Hebrew mindset, it is contrary to the world and humanistic ways. It's a surrendered mind that allows the peace of God to overflow through our mind and heart. In Chuck Pierce's book, A Time to Advance, he explains the three different mindsets: Barbarian, Greek and Hebrew. Denise will reference some valuable information and revelation so we can have the mind of Christ.

In James 1:17-18 (TPT), it says, “Every gift God freely gives us is good and perfect, streaming down from the Father of lights, who shines from the heavens with no hidden shadow or darkness and is never subject to change. God was delighted to give us birth by the truth of his infallible Word so that we would fulfill his chosen destiny for us and become the favorite ones out of all his creation!” Denise Goulet loves God stories, encounters, and especially relationships that connect Jesus and His heart for people. Every person has an intricate plan for their life. Last week, Denise Goulet shared about the water at the rock miracle in Exodus 16. Moses and the Israelites left Egypt and were in the wilderness desperately needing water. They kept looking back at what they had rather than God being amidst them with incredible miracles. In this episode, Denise continues in Numbers 20, where the people of Israel were upset that they did not die with the older generation. In a similar situation, the upcoming generation complained that there was no water again. The Lord instructed Moses to not strike the rock, but to speak to the rock while holding the rod. Through his anger and disobedience with the people, Moses misrepresented God, thus not getting them into the promised land. There are seven things in the Bible that God loves and one of them is a cheerful giver (2 Cor 9:7). God is love and has a bountiful eye. The word bountiful means ‘generous of bestowing gifts or favors’ (Merriam Webster). The Lord was most generous with His only begotten son, Jesus, the most generous gift of all. Generosity is really a key to fruitfulness and a harvest of righteousness. In the Kingdom realm, generosity is the ingredient to attack the lack in our lives and is the opposite of withholding like the world displays. Denise Goulet shares how God’s Word is essential to walk and be led by the Spirit. There are four ways to read and apply the word of God to our lives: Logos, Rhema and Zoe. The word Rhema in Greek means “an utterance”. The Holy Spirit brings forth the word of God to be alive and active in your life. Hebrews 4:12 (TPT) says, “For we have the living Word of God, which is full of energy, like a two-mouthed sword. It will even penetrate to the very core of our being where soul and spirit, bone and marrow meet! Pentecost is a day where the Holy Spirit came like a rushing wind with power to baptize the disciples for the work of the ministry. You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’” Jesus conquered death; He allows resurrection life to be accessible to anyone who receives the Holy Spirit. Denise Goulet shares how in the Greek, pneuma means breath. It’s the breath of God that brings life transformation because it entwines your spirit with the Holy Spirit. God breathed into Adam the “breath of life”. Jesus breathed on the disciples to bring the fresh wind, the pneuma breath of God. The pneuma breath is a life-giving spirit that empowers you to live a supernatural life just like Jesus and His disciples. This miracle on the Sabbath symbolized that a Jewish woman who had been tormented with a spirit of bondage, was unashamed to show up to the temple and worship God. Regardless of what she looked like or what she didn’t have, Jesus saw her. He saw her past, He saw her present he saw her future, but most importantly, He saw her heart. Have you learned to love? In the Passion Translation, love is the motivation of our lives. It is the essence of our being. Bob Jones, an incredible man of God had an encounter with Jesus. He saw people waiting in two lines and watched Jesus ask each person, “have you learned to love?” In the Aramaic, the word for love is hooba. The homonym means ‘to set on fire’. In this episode, Denise shares how being “set on fire” illustrates that burning love is an intense affection that requires action. Love transforms your spirit, even in difficult situations. 

The word "that'' cross is used because partnership in Jesus' sufferings is that cross that no one wants to carry. While Paul is in prison, he says in Phillipians 3:10 (TPT): "And I continually long to know the wonders of Jesus and to experience the overflowing power of his resurrection working in me. I will be one with him in his sufferings and become like him in his death.'' Who wants to partner in Christ’s sufferings? Denise shares that carrying the cross includes some suffering, some sacrifice. The part of knowing Him and being in Him and not understanding why things are happening, but still choosing to trust Him; His timings, His ways and His purpose for your life to live in you and through you.

Have you ever wondered what God has in store for you? There’s more than you can think! In 1 Corinthians 2:9 (TPT) Paul says, “This is why the Scriptures say: Things never discovered or heard of before, things beyond our ability to imagine — these are the many things God has in store for all his lovers.” the lovers of God have access to the heavenly realm through the Holy Spirit. God’s loving grace means that He is enough for us. We don’t begin by doing, but by yielding. Denise has the pleasure of talking with Malik and Ashley Edwards. Malik and Ashley are church planters and currently lead Relentless DC. They are kingdom builders valuing the family of God and truly have a heart steadfast for Jesus. The wilderness is a very important time in our lives and there may be more than one. It’s a place of testing that allures us into the wilderness (Hosea 2:14). It’s a time that develops fruit of the Spirit, character, but most importantly intimacy with the Father. Denise shares how Jesus was armed with the Holy Spirit after coming out of the wilderness. Also, the Prophet Elijah modeled life in the wilderness as a time of hiddenness that brought him deeper into God’s love, care and connection. “We are being transfigured into His very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit,” II Cor 3:18 (TPT). The glory of God is weighty; It’s the infinite splendor, infinite majesty, and infinite holiness of God. The book of Isaiah is the complete vision of the heart of God revealed to His prophet Isaiah. In Isaiah 11:2 (TPT), the seven Spirits of God are the illuminating influence over God’s people. Denise shares how the unity of humility and God’s grace are both essential to experience the Glory of God. She shares how as we commune and walk in intimacy with the Holy Spirit, God’s glory will saturate our lives and will reveal the infinite ways and heart of God to bring heaven on earth.

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of life. The Holy Spirit will breathe and create life. That’s what the voice of the Lord does when we prophesy! In a time where humility is so far from our hearts and minds because of arrogance, pride, violence, accusations, we tend to want to defend ourselves; we want to do what's right. However, the Lord is calling us into a place of humility because we are going to tap into His great grace. The Lord gives grace to the humble and resists the proud (1 Peter 5:6). Resistance should come from our humility not from our pride. This episode reveals to a call to humility is upon us to help us tap into His great grace. 

The Lord is calling His Church into a ‘New Era’. As the Body of Christ enters into 2021 — Denise shares how we, as the body, need to do away with comfortable Christianity. The anointing breaks the yoke of bondage (Isaiah 10:27), but why is the anointing so costly? Sometimes, we all value something more than a relationship with Jesus; however, the cost to follow Jesus and receive His anointing in our lives can be difficult and even a lack of understanding. The anointing is a loan from Heaven and it only increases when you use it! To trust His Word rather than man’s word is extremely important! The cost of the anointing is pure devotion and humility, with Jesus at the center of our lives. 

The older we get, the question we should continuously ask ourselves is if we are learning to love?  Bob Jones once said, “we are not born great lovers, but we learn to love.” There were at least six occurrences where different people were sitting at the feet of Jesus. The extravagant worshipper is forgiven and redeemed by love. The extravagant worshipper wasn’t forgiven for her love, but instead her love was evidence that she had been forgiven. 

Christianity is not about you! Denise Goulet hosts Natalia Casiano, the Youth Director at International Church of Las Vegas, but also a young woman that is spreading like wildfire throughout the younger generation of Christian influencers. In the Passion Translation, Proverbs 4:21-23 says, “Fill your thoughts with my words until they penetrate deep into your spirit. He gives to them a brook of blessing filled from the rain of an outpouring.” -Psalms 84:6 (TPT)

Rain symbolizes healing, provision, blessing, and harvest; but most importantly it’s an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. In this episode, Denise not only prophesies that it will rain again, but shares prophetic insight on how rain is a natural sign of revival and healing. Then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and olive oil Deuteronomy 11:14 (NIV).

There is power in remembering how God has moved in your life because the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy (Revelation 19:10).
