'The insuleoin Podcast' is brought to you by Eoin Costelloe. Eoin was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 19 and has spent the last few years of his life attempting to re-define diabetes through his online coaching, Instagram page and now podcast
The Insuleoin Podcast - Redefining Diabetes is an incredible resource for anyone living with diabetes or wanting to learn more about the condition. Hosted by Eoin Costello, who himself has diabetes, this podcast takes listeners on a journey of discovery, sharing personal experiences and insights from guests who have also lived with diabetes. In just a week of listening, I've already gained a wealth of knowledge and practical tips on how to better manage my own diabetes.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Eoin's ability to create a supportive and educational environment. He and cohost Graham take the time to answer listener's questions and comments, providing valuable advice and guidance. The episodes are filled with relatable stories that offer hope and inspiration. Eoin's "trial and error" approach has helped many listeners improve their diabetes control, resulting in lower A1C numbers and better Time in Range percentages.
Additionally, The Insuleoin Podcast goes beyond just teaching about diabetes management techniques. It encourages listeners to embrace their condition in a new way, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-love. Eoin and Graham's passion for the topic shines through in every episode, making it impossible not to feel inspired by their dedication.
As for any potential downsides, it can be challenging to find specific episodes or topics within the extensive list available. Although numbered chronologically, it would be helpful if there were clear headings or descriptions for each episode. However, this minor inconvenience does not detract from the overall value of the podcast.
In conclusion, The Insuleoin Podcast - Redefining Diabetes is an absolute must-listen for anyone looking to take control of their own diabetes management. Eoin's informative yet positive approach creates a welcoming atmosphere that educates and empowers listeners. Whether you're living with diabetes yourself or simply want to gain a deeper understanding of the condition, this podcast is highly recommended. Give it a listen and prepare to be inspired!
