We are working on a Dave Matthews biopic called Crash about the time they crashed their tour bus and the spaghetti they were eating hit the ceiling and ruined the upholstery and also it knocked the cap off the sewage tank and it spilled on a boat and when they tried to have it fixed the mechanic just used it to do Uber and then unalived in the driver's seat. The sequel will be called Crash 2: Electric Boogaloo once Grantland can actually figure out who was the first to make that reference and if it was Dave Barry or not

Laura Hogan, North East Correspondent, reports on the tragic weekend road crash in which five young people died in Co Louth. Padraig McGovern, Principal of O Fiaich College, Dundalk, pays tribute to Chloe McGee, who died in the crash. Michael Gallagher, Sinn Féin councillor based in Drumconrath, Co Meath, pays tribute to the young victims.

A Garda investigation is continuing into a car crash which claimed the lives of five young people in County Louth over the weekend. Three people remain in hospital being treated for their injuries. Barry Whyte, Chief Reporter Newstalk reported for us from Couty Louth on the impact and reaction to this tragedy.

Back on this day in 1955 James Dean was killed in a car crash. He was driving his Porsche to a race when he crashed. After the accident, it was believed his car was cursed.

On a cold December evening in Surrey, England, two separate callers reported the same terrifying sight: headlights swerving off the busy A3 road and disappearing into the trees. Convinced they'd just witnessed a crash, police raced to the scene — but the road was empty, the barriers intact, and no fresh tire marks scarred the embankment. Still, the officers pressed on. Venturing deep into the undergrowth, they uncovered a nightmare: a badly wrecked car, hidden from view and overgrown by brush. The vehicle's battery was long dead, its headlights impossible to ignite. And nearby, they made a darker discovery — the decomposed skeletal remains of a man. The car belonged to a Londoner reported missing nearly a year earlier, in July of 2002. Dental records confirmed the bones were his. Pathologists estimated he'd been dead for months, killed in what looked like a crash no one had ever seen… until that December night. But how could members of the public report headlights veering off the road that very evening, when the man and his vehicle had been lost for almost a year?
