What does it really mean to grace yourself? This week, Sarah sits down with performance coach and author Chris Janssen to explore how we can show up fully in our lives without shame or self-judgment. Chris has personally navigated the path of overcoming addictive patterns, and her book, Grace Yourself, goes beyond just sobriety. It's about embracing self-compassion, resilience, and personal transformation. Together, they discuss what it takes to break free from limiting beliefs, the power of self-forgiveness, and how we can all cultivate a life rooted in grace rather than guilt.Listen to more podcasts like this: https://wavepodcastnetwork.com/This Changes Everything Voicemail: Send in your question by calling or texting (313) 338-8828Connect with Chris: https://www.chrisjanssencoaching.com/Pick up Grace Yourself: How to Show Up for the Sober Life You WantGo to GreenChef.com/tcefree and use code tcefree to get started with FREE salads for two months plus 50% off your first boxHead to AirDoctorPro.com and use promo code TCE to get up to $300 off today!DISCLAIMER: This podcast offers information for educational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. FOOTBALL. IS. BACK. We are so pumped to bring you our first episode in months and it comes at the most wonderful time of the year, football season. Jaden, Chris, Max, Cam, and Andy (for like 10 minutes before his phone died) host this episode and the hot takes are FLYING. Is Texas.... back? Is the 3rd and 4th College Football Playoff spot more up for grabs than the 1st and 2nd place spots? Is it finally going to feel like the early 2000s at USC? Is Kentucky going to finish better in the SEC East standings than Tennessee? What's the best kickoff time? Where's the best gameday atmosphere? What team surprises people this year? Who's going to take home the Heisman? And the most important question, will the Georgia Bulldogs become the first back-to-back champion since the 2011 and 2012 Alabama Crimson Tide? Or will we have ourselves a brand new champion or a familiar face that gets to have the spotlight once again? Nobody knows the answer to these questions but we think we can answer them the best!! Enjoy this episode make sure you share with your friends if you enjoyed!!
It's the most wonderful time of the year, nope not the holiday season.... IT'S FOOTBALL SEASON BABY!!!! Episode 16 Bec Healy: The Switch from Plastics Today I am excited to Switch The Sitch with Bec Healy, founder of Boxhead plastics. Boxhead Plastic's primary ecological objective is landfill diversion with a focus on bulk waste items: in particular, polypropylene car bumper bars Bec and I discuss the transition from being “securely” employed in Government Administration for 16 years to enrolling in a TAFE Course in Polymer technology that would ultimately change the course of career and life. In the midst of launching her first business, winning Student of the year in innovative manufacturing, Bec added a new addition to her family to give time management a real nudge. Bec being a passionate environmentalist, has pioneered an innovative process that repurposes this bulk plastic waste item and remanufactures it into clever, useful, and relevant products. Earlier this year, Bec and her team launched Naiteev. The Naiteev Golf Tee is nothing short of revolutionary, made from Recycled Plastic Car Bumper Bars and Waste Plastic sourced form the Sydney basin made here in Sydney. This is definitely a podcast you want to tune in to should you be thinking about launching or growing a product with sustainability and environmental protection as its core value. Join our Facebook Group to chat to Bec or other likeminded community members who are Switching their Sitch, starting a small business or growing an Empire!
Two of the greatest hookers our game has ever seen, both unreal talents! See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
Randall's Use of texture, contrast, the battle between light and shadow is not only apparent in the visual quality of his work, it's also ever-present in his chosen medium. His sincerity and openness is a refreshing companion to the dark matter that is his aesthetic. His work is emotive; like a sorrowful nightmare. Visceral and gritty, the textures beg to be touched. His feature film, Boxhead, is coming soon, he has music to share, he does it all. His illustrations can be seen on such works as the Amazon special presentation of The Lore Podcast. A bunch of the things we talk about this week were actually stories that broke just yesterday! The new Peanuts teaser trailer hit this week and impressed everyone except, predictably, Pat. Also, in the world of "what-the-what-really-are-you-serious?!"... Sofia Coppola is rumored to be directing a Live-Action "The Little Mermaid." Finally, "The Incredibles 2" was confirmed, and so was "Cars 3"... what?! So we talk about those things. Enjoy all these talks! CLICK HERE to go to the full blog post & leave a comment!
