There are some beautiful reinterpretations in here too — like Tim Engelhardt's remix of Marten Lou's "Your Body", which feels like a subtle homage to Justin Timberlake, and Moojo's remix of "It's Not Right", reworking the spirit of Whitney Houston's classic into something built for the dancefloor. “Millevoci” dedicato agli animali torna a occuparsi di fauna selvatica: al centro della puntata ci sarà però l'orso, tornato a far parlare di sé dopo un recente avvistamento in Valposchiavo. Chi è davvero questo grande mammifero? Qual è oggi la situazione sulle Alpi svizzere? Ospite Livio Costa, guardiano della selvaggina in Valposchiavo, che racconterà la sua esperienza diretta sul territorio e gli incontri ravvicinati con gli orsi osservati negli anni nei Grigioni. Di convivenza con l'uomo abbiamo poi parlato con Valentina Grignoli e Matteo Martelli, autori del reportage premiato allo Swiss Press Award Uomo e orso: prove di convivenza, dedicato alla realtà slovena, dove vivono circa mille orsi e tutto parte dall'insegnamento del “buon comportamento” ai bambini e alle bambine.  Una puntata che ci porta dalla Valposchiavo alla Slovenia, passando anche dal nord delle Alpi, per capire meglio come stanno cambiando gli equilibri tra uomo e fauna selvatica. Nell'ultima parte della trasmissione spazio al procione, il cosiddetto “orsetto lavatore”, una specie invasiva in forte espansione anche in Svizzera. Con la biologa Nicole Santi cerchiamo di capire da dove arriva, perché si sta diffondendo così rapidamente e quali sfide pone alla biodiversità e alla gestione della fauna sul nostro territorio.

L'Altopiano dei Sette Comuni torna a fare i conti con la presenza dell'orso. Dopo alcuni giorni di apparente calma, senza segnalazioni né immagini dalle fototrappole, nella notte tra sabato e domenica è arrivata la conferma che gli operatori attendevano - e temevano: l'orso è tornato sul luogo di una predazione a Enego, consumando la carcassa di una capra e lasciando nuove tracce del suo passaggio.

Nessun allarmismo per il giovane orso avvistato e monitorato nei giorni scorsi a ridosso della Val Brenta, sull'altopiano di Asiago, solo un giovane animale in cerca della sua strada. Dopo gli ultimi avvistamenti sull'Altopiano, immortalati dalle foto-trappole, lo scrittore e naturalista Giancarlo Ferron e il veterinario Massimo Nicolussi gettano acqua sul fuoco degli allarmismi, rassicurando la popolazione sulla natura pacifica dell'animale.

In questi giorni un esemplare di orso, probabilmente maschio, è stato rilevato tramite fototrappole nel margine sud dell'Altopiano di Asiago, a ridosso della Valle del Brenta. Al momento non si segnalano avvistamenti diretti dell'animale da parte della popolazione, né risultano danni ad apiari o allevamenti”. Un incidente vial que comenzó en la Avenida Circunvalación y se extendió por más de siete kilómetros terminó con una condena de cinco meses de prisión efectiva y una reparación económica. Sin embargo, tras el fallo contra Christian Martín Orso (52), su defensa técnica, ejercida por el abogado Jerónimo Altamirano, brindó detalles en Radio 5 que explican el cambio de carátula y el contexto de "persecución" que originó el conflicto.De "Lesiones Graves" a "Exceso en la Legítima Defensa"Aunque inicialmente la fiscalía manejaba una acusación más severa, el trabajo de la defensa logró probar que existió una agresión previa hacia Orso. Según Altamirano, el análisis de las cámaras de seguridad en la zona de Pueblo Nuevo fue clave para demostrar que el denunciante no decía la verdad sobre quién perseguía a quién."Logramos probar que, en realidad, a quien seguían era a nuestro defendido. Él iba en su camioneta cargado con materiales de trabajo hacia Speluzzi cuando comenzó la discusión", explicó el letrado.El uso del martillo, que le provocó una fractura de cúbito al damnificado, fue calificado finalmente como exceso en la legítima defensa. Son objectif : démontrer qu'il est possible de conjuguer performance, souveraineté et pragmatisme.Interview : Christofer Ciminelli, créateur de "Le Switch"PunchlinesIl existe des dizaines de logiciels français, mais on ne les connaît pas.Choisir européen ne suffit pas, il faut que ce soit performant.On peut déjà absorber 80 % de nos usages.En agissant, nous avons plus de pouvoir que le Parlement européen.Pourquoi avoir lancé “Le Switch” ?L'idée est partie d'un constat que je mûris depuis plusieurs mois et qui s'est accéléré avec l'élection de Donald Trump. On a toujours le réflexe d'utiliser des outils américains, que ce soit Google Workspace, Pipedrive ou Adobe. Quand on donne nos datas et notre argent à ces modèles SaaS, on affaiblit l'écosystème tech européen. S'il n'y a pas de marché local, il n'y a pas d'investissement. Et sans investissement, on ne peut pas recruter les meilleurs ingénieurs ni développer des produits compétitifs. C'est un cercle vicieux. Je me suis demandé s'il existait des alternatives européennes. J'ai commencé par les CRM et j'en ai trouvé une trentaine en France. L'offre existe, mais elle est méconnue. “Le Switch” est né pour montrer que ces solutions sont performantes et accessibles.Les alternatives européennes sont-elles vraiment au niveau ?Oui. Je ne parle que d'outils performants. Par exemple, j'utilise désormais Yousign, alternative européenne à DocuSign : c'est moins cher et l'interface est meilleure. Je parle aussi de Noota pour la prise de notes, de Brevo Meetings comme alternative à Calendly, de Lovable pour le développement, de Vivaldi comme navigateur ou encore de Swiss Transfer. Le vrai enjeu n'est pas la performance des outils, mais leur interconnexion. La force des GAFAM, c'est leur écosystème : tout dialogue avec tout. En Europe, on a encore du chemin à faire sur ces connexions API et cette logique de stack cohérente.Quels sont les freins à l'utilisation d'outils européens ?Certains détails manquent encore dans certaines applications. Ce sont les 20 % d'usages qui peuvent faire la différence. Mais si on absorbe déjà 80 % des besoins, c'est un énorme pas. Je constate aussi une vraie prise de conscience dans les grandes entreprises. On parle de plus en plus de dégaffamisation. Dans les appels d'offres, il y a désormais des critères qui valorisent les solutions développées en Europe. Il y a aussi un débat politique avec l'Industrial Accelerator Act, porté notamment par Stéphane Séjourné. Mais au-delà des décisions politiques, nous avons un pouvoir immédiat : flécher nos dépenses vers des acteurs européens.Concrètement, comment "switcher" ?Ça ne prend pas tant de temps. Pour une PME de 30 ou 50 salariés, changer un outil de visio ou de signature électronique est relativement simple. Je conseille de cartographier toute sa stack logicielle. On découvre souvent qu'on paie des outils inutilisés. Ensuite, commencer par les outils périphériques et avancer progressivement vers le cœur du système. Le plus complexe reste la messagerie, notamment Google Workspace, car tout est interconnecté. Mais à un moment, il faut se poser la question sérieusement. This journal was published in its original Italian following Oro's death. We're excited to bring you the first English edition, which includes additional essays that share the historical and cultural context in which Orso lived, fought, and died. We're excited to bring his message to a new audience. The struggle against Daesh for an autonomous, liberated region in Rojava is bigger than one person, but one person's life can offer us a glimpse of a vast project and how one life can fit into it. Sara's essay helps build a backdrop for the world Orso gives us a glimpse of in his journals. This is part one of this episode, as the interview with Sara ended up being quite long. Mini Blinds are a Portland pop band (append your favorite modifier: dream, paisley, egg, psych, warm) that has been ahead of the current vibes and sounds that pervade the genre since their first releases in 2016. Somehow, that polish and know-how make their music seem more vital and alive. We were thrilled to have Beth Ann and Devin in studio to share some killer tunes and talk about the pros and cons of blinding the audience, the fading peak of the internet vis a vis trampoline accident videos, and the next generation of high-octane designer drugs.
