Kevin Moynihan has many observations to make about how energy is regulated in this country. He believes contracts are slanted in favour of companies and that customers are at a disadvantage. He says customers in some rural areas including Kerry and Duhallow in North Cork are particularly disadvantaged simply because of where they live.
