Sorry for the slight delay, a planned episode had to be aborted and we're back to the list as we return to New Japan Pro Wrestling for the first time since our first episode. Whilst Lorcan (@lorcanmullan) and Simon (@simoncross3) have already covered matches involving the great All Japan wrestlers of the 90s (Misawa, Kawada, Kobashi, Taue) this is the ONLY match in the series that includes a member of the other infamous collection of Japanese wrestlers to revolutionise wrestling in the 90s. Whilst Chono and Hashimoto never even got one, Keiji Mutoh of the NJPW Three Musketeers was able to take part in one perfect match in the eyes of Dave Meltzer only three years in his career as he and Shiro Koshinaka challenge the returning UWF shoot fighting team of Akira Maeda and Nobuhiko Takada to try to reclaim the IWGP Tag Team titles for New Japan. lmtyspod@gmail.com
