On this episode I’ve got the amazing Cinzia Lee joining me. Cinzia is an actor, producer, singer, presenter, meditation teacher AND mindfulness coach and if you’ve ever watched Channel 7 in Western Australia, listened to Triple M Sydney, Smooth FM or seen an ad for Samsung TV’s then there's a fair chance you would seen or heard her gracing your television screens or radio's. Cinzia has also had various amazing roles in quite a few of our favourite musical theatre productions including Jersey Boys and Grease - the arena spectacular. Acting, singing & dancing has always been a passion of Cinzia’s since she were a little girl, but after some unfortunate events about 10 years ago, Cinzia found herself being drawn to meditation to help with crippling anxiety and stress, and since has been travelling the globe learning many varieties and techniques to enable her to help clients with PTSD, stress, processing emotions and healing the body. Cinzia’s spend time in some of the most beautiful places in the world such as Brazil, California, Mexico, India and Spain studying under incredible spiritual and thought leaders like Deepak Chopra, Davidji, Gregg Braden and Dr Joe Dispenza. In October last year Cinzia travelled to Europe and America to interview world leaders on science and spirituality, for an upcoming online series that will be released soon. Can’t wait for this!!
